My wife had the Blackberry Old Fashioned and I started with a Hazy IPA. I also had the Reef Donkey APA. We split the Steak Burger Sliders and Fries, which was a nice afternoon snack. To wit: -The venue is tired and badly in need of a refresh (love the fake sunflowers, by the way. Years worth of dust on display bottles also desperate for attention); -We sit. We order. Bartender cleaning/draining sink with nasty looking hose. Proceeds to take ice cubes out of holding bin with bare hands and place them in our glasses. We decided to try the sunset dining menu at Ridgeway. We found the price to be only slightly better than just buying à la cart. Since it was only 2 course offering, the pre-fix menu cost savings was basically the price of the appetizer. There were 4 of us, and while nobody's dish was bad, only 1 of our dishes was memorable. The pot pie was the surprise hit of the table. The short rib needed more sauce and ate dry with the mashed potatoes. The bolognese was just OK and we have had better elsewhere. The steak was perfectly cooked but needed more seasoning. However, the service was great and the atmosphere wonderful. In the future, if there was just the 2 of us, we would take advantage of the happy hour special and sit at the bar since the atmosphere here is great. read more

Came here for lunch because it was the only place that could seat us right away after trying a few spots on 3rd. Food was very good. Decent sized menu although I found a few items confusing/not clear (i.e. chicken and grapes - we thought it was a sandwich, not a salad). Roast beef sandwich was delicious and perfectly rare, Caesar salads were small, but good, and BLT, also good. Service was spotty. He was all over the place. We had a fantastic dinner at Ridgway last night. Every detail came together to make it one of our best meals this season. We had a beet salad...LOVED it, grilled salmon, blackened snapper, carrot cake which we brought home with half of each of our entrees because we were stuffed. Our server, Miguel, was so pleasant. He was so attentive, didn't rush us at all, gave great recommendations and was happy to ask the chef for his opinion when we were deciding on sauces. Funny, we had a very generous gift card from friends which we forgot to present. Happy coincidence...we'll have to go again soon to use it! read more

I am writing to share our group's dining experience following a recent visit to Ridgway Bar and Grill Restaurant on Easter Sunday 2026. We made our reservation for dining "inside" several months in advance and also agreed to a time change when requested by the restaurant. As the number of attendees in our group grew, the restaurant was called and had no problem. We were confirmed on April 4th for two round tables inside the dining room, never outside! Upon arrival, we were told that the tables were being reset. We were then escorted upstairs via the elevator- through the restaurant's back area, through puddles, a very very wet walkway and around obstacles in our path. I had to move chairs so we could pass through undercover and avoid larger areas of wetness. Our escort mentioned that the elevator had just been fixed "last week" when someone was hesitant to use it- our member said it was too old. We are members of the Pelican Bay Women's League- The Bay Widows- ranging in age from 70's to 90's, thus is was a great concern of ours that no one slipped given these conditions! We were seated in a hallway with open sides, each had a stairway at the end. This area was very disappointing- it was not a proper dining space. The rain was no surprise- we knew all week that it would be raining on Sunday! We were eating outside, not in the lovely dining room! The area was buggy- mosquitoes and flies everywhere, no air circulation and very humid and uncomfortable. The area appeared dirty with visible black mold on the walls. The view- cement walls on either side. The table itself was too wide for the space and made conversation difficult and sitting/leaving the table very difficult for some. We had to pull out the table to help some people get up and leave as there was not enough space to push back their chairs. When we were seated, many of the chairs were wet - many of our guests had wet clothing.They warned me to check my chair before sitting down. When I requested a dry chair, it took 15 minutes for someone to return with a rag. I had fortunately used some napkins to dry and pad my chair in order to sit down. I asked to speak with the manager. She listened and responded. "What can we do"- I asked for free dessert and added bread service, anticipating a delicious dinner. However, the food itself was mediocre- with a very poor presentation as items looked hastily placed on the plate, just like at home, not like at a fine restaurant. The lack of a nice dining atmosphere matched the plates' appearance. The desserts and bread were a very small accommodation for our unacceptable dining experience. The manager should have been generous and offered real compensation: that was her responsibility, not mine to ask for. The evening was rescued by the wine manager who served as our waiter. He was pleasant, efficient, very personable and accommodating. He was graciously rewarded by our group when the bills arrived. The conclusion- we will not return to this restaurant. read more

Unhappy about Late Lunch....We researched Ridgeway Restaurant Menu on line. I had raved about shrimp salad roll to a friend. We showed up for lunch at 2:45 and Ophs! No can do that shrimp roll!!! Ridgeway has Excellent food. Some of the food is like you would have homemade as in meatloaf and mashed potatoes and chicken pot pie. I had the meatloaf which was delicious. My friends had the grouper which they thought was so fresh and equally delicious. We had a side of Parker-house rolls that melted in our mouths. Joey was our waiter. He did a fantastic job! Loved the prix fixe menu. Great value and amazing food! The aged goat cheese and vegetable pasta had to be one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had! The pasta was the perfect consistency. I loved the fig jam and blue cheese crostini. What a nice blend of sweet and salty. I have never had bayley hazen blue cheese. I will make that my "go to" blue cheese for all my appetizers. My husband the calamari appetizer. Delicious! It had thinly sliced lemons that were fried with it. What a unique and yummy addition. Key lime tart was a good combo of sweet and tart. Only thing that I did not care for was the Chocolate raspberry tart. It was accompanied by chocolate ice cream. I thought it was too much chocolate in the dessert. The tart was a little too sweet. Overall amazing!! I will recommend Ridgeway to all my friends and be back soon! read more

We had a wonderful experience!! The service was great and our server had good recommendations. For a drink had the cucumber martini, perfectly made. All of the food was delicious! Larry did a great job serving us, we had a cocktail to start and since we were first timers, highlighted some items on the menu. The dining room was bustling and busy but sound level was manageable, which was awesome. Food wise, our table enjoyed the short rib, the snapper piccata, and the grilled grouper with broccolini. The Ridgway restaurant has amazing space in downtown Naples near the Tommy Bahama and Lilly Pulitzer stores. It has a huge porch and garden for outdoor seating, and plenty of rooms inside if you're looking for AC. Overall, we were impressed with the space, decor and menu. We had an inside table for brunch/lunch on a quiet Saturday in September. The hiccups started once we met our server, who unfortunately was not very attentive to our small group of four. It took awhile to even order and then receive our drinks. And when we placed our food order, we had one gluten free need (the restaurant has ample gluten free options which is awesome!) that unfortunately couldn't be met, so the one person in our group changed their order, as requested by the server. We then watched as two other tables who came in after us and ordered after us received their bread baskets and food. We got no bread basket offered to us, and our server just entirely disappeared. Then when our food came out the original gluten free order somehow appeared...without anyone even letting us know. This is one of those good/bad situations. We would have appreciated just a little communication because now the gluten free person was expecting an entirely new dish, as they'd been told the original dish was not possible. I'll admit my hamburger was delicious and the French fries were so crisp and salty...it was so yummy and worth the wait. I just wish service had been a tad better. But I'll still give Ridgway a second chance sometime when I'm in Naples again. read more

My wife's sister who lives in Naples picked this place for my wife's birthday dinner. This was January 11th. Ambiance is great, the place is very large. Waitstaff is excellent, our waiter Peter had a lot to deal with. There was 8 of us, we were short my host brother in law because he had Covid. Appetizers were picked by my host sister in law (my wife has 3 sisters all were present) picked these roasted peppers that were like oven fired pepperocini, not pickled like in an antipasto. Also fried breaded eggplant sticks with marinara for dipping. They were very good. Some people had pasta or seafood, I had the coque au vin, pretty good but would order something different next time. They brought a delicious fudge brownie sundae for us to share. Everyone dug in. I believe everyone enjoyed there entrees. Would definitely go back. read more

It's been nearly a couple of years for us. I laughed, all my many old photos on the site is now gone, Makes sense but will bring others here for another great dining experience. Looking forward to trying other entrees. I am addicted to the chicken pot pie. It was soo good. Just the way I like it. My wife has had the ratatouille omelet for years. Enjoys that a lot. I reluctantly went back here after panning this place years ago. My opinion hasn't changed. To minimize my bill and damage, I ordered an appetizer and a cup of soup. The eggplant parmigiana was like something out of a Sysco freezer pack. The soup was as good as a Pepperage Farm can I can warm up at home. The help was good.It was not crowded at all, but beware if it is and you're inside, there is no hearing the person next to you. Never again. What a waste of my time. My guests all had good meals. This was one of my fav places to eat in the Marco/Naples area. The restaurant was in a beautiful area. I liked the many seating areas, porch, indoor rooms, patio. We ate inside as it was a little chilly but there were heaters in the outdoor areas so we would have been fine. We made reservations for a Friday night and glad we did because it was busy. Parking was a bit of an adventure but we found a spot in the parking lot right across the street. For dinner, we started with the panko shrimp. Loved this. It was steaming hot and super crispy. The greens in the center were a nice compliment. As an entree, I had snapper piccata and husband had grilled mahi-mahi with mango salsa. Everything was very good. I love fish but would love to go back sometime and try some of their comfort foods. Service was excellent. Great dining experience. read more

A cappuccino should not cost $7.00!!!, a can of diet-coke $4. Let me add that the food was just okay; my husband's plain hamburger ( add-ons are $1.75) was greatly overdone and you needed to send out a search party to find the shredded chicken in the $20 spinach salad.
