Crazy Bones is fantastic! The owner, Brett, really cares & couldn't be nicer. My Golden Retriever, Henri, went to doggy day care there numerous times & he loved it. The staff is very attentive & helpful. He gets groomed there also. I have used 2 other local groomers & Crazy Bones is by far the best. My Standard Poodle, Miss Teddi, gets groomed there & she loves the young ladies who put her at ease. She isn't outgoing like Henri & is leary of strangers. The groomers understand this & are great with her. Brett has a heart of gold. There was a dog being boarded there while the owner went on vacation. Unfortunately the man passed away so the dog was left there & the family of the man did not want to care for the dog. The dog was comfortable at Crazy Bones so Brett let him stay at Crazy Bones where he was loved & cared for. It would have been so traumatic for this older dog to be taken to a different unfamiliar facility. This story brings me to tears everytime share it. It has a happy ending though. They found a new suitable home for the dog. It just doesn't get any better! read more

We use the doggie daycare and grooming services regularly, and everyone there is absolutely amazing. Vanessa gives our dogs a bath to help with their skin allergies and she trims their nails. I was away for about 6 weeks when my mom passed away, and the first time I brought the dogs back to daycare the ladies noticed that their nails were too long and they asked Vanessa to trim them. Everyone there looks after our pups like they were their own, and the dogs just love to go. They come home tired and happy. I recommend them to everyone I know!!! read more

My mom and I kenneled our dogs here for a weekend. We were greeted warmly by all the staff and so were our dogs. We were shown around and made to feel comfortable. The asked lots of questions about how our dogs interact with each other and other dogs, if we wanted them to play with other dogs, what their feeding schedule was like and if they could have treats. We also received texts updating us throughout the weekend on how the girls were doing. Happy dogs, happy dog parents. We won't hesitate to leave our dogs there again. read more

We LOVE Crazy Bone Pet Spa and our little dog, Cocoa, LOVES Crazy Bone!! Whenever we say you're going to Crazy Bone and she sees us packing her bag, she gets SO EXCITED! She goes and waits by the front door, wagging her tail, whining to go! When we get there, she can't hop out of the car fast enough! When she comes back, she's so tired because they kept her busy having fun! They show the dogs a lot of love there and we appreciate that they let us know how she did each time too! First time customer. Got a next-day appointment to groom my cat. She had never been groomed or bathed before. When we arrived i appreciated that they gave us room to wait in so she would not have to be around a lot of dogs. The groomer did a fantastic job getting a bunch of small mats out of her coat; and cat was happy and cozy afterwards. (I'd totally expected her to be traumatized) The staff here are really friendly too. I will definitely bring my kitty back for an occasional spa retreat! :D read more

I was in Williamstown visiting from Michigan and needed a clean, safe, friendly place for my dog to spend a few hours one afternoon. Although they usually don't take walk-ins, their census was lower than usual, we had my dog's shot records with us, and they said she could stay. Staff gave me a tour of the facilities and I felt like Ellie Marie would be well-cared for. She did well for the few hours she was there. I will definitely consider another stay there when we come back to WV. read more

Crazy Bones definitely is the best all around place for boarding, daycare and grooming! Venessa, who has been voted Areas Best Groomer, is always booked up. I boarded my dogs for the weekend in which there were no openings with the groomers. Venessa said she will come in on Sunday to get them taken care of before I pick them up. THAT's SERVICE! Everyone there loves taking care of the pets. Only place I would have my pets taken care of is Crazy Bones!!! read more

They always do a great job of grooming my cat, he is always calm going in and calm coming out. The staff is super friendly and willing to go the extra mile for timid pets. I've never seen a scratch or bruise on any of my pets while in their care. I also take my black lab dog and Sheltie there, my sheltie is a very anxious girl and she never seems shaken up when returning from their care in fact she seems very happy and very excited after. read more

Vanessa is so good with my big guy! He has an autoimmune disease, and hates to have his feet touched. She lays on the floor with him to trim his nails...where else are you going to get this kind of special touch?? He always looks so handsome when I pick him up from his grooming appointments. The staff at CRAZY BONE has always gone out of their way to make my cantankerous little dog comfortable and he always looks amazing. Now that he is almost 15 years old, Ian (his amazing groomer) makes special arrangements for him. to be groomed in the morning because he can't stand to be in a cage. We love Crazy Bones Pet Spa. Initially we went there because we were new to the area and they were the only place with an opening. We like them so much we stayed with them even though we have a few places closer. They sit down with you and ask exactly what you want done in the grooming process. Have been taking our two little dogs to Crazy Bone for grooming and occasional boarding for several years. Always very pleased with their care but the most important thing is the fact that 'my girls' have never shown any sign of fear and when I leave them their tails are wagging! Yogi is always excited to go and see Vanessa. She takes such good care of my hyperactive dog (even on calming meds)! He comes out looking and smelling great. I know he is a hard dog to manage because of being hyper, but I have taken him other places and not nearly as happy as the service I get at Crazy Bone. Hands (paws?) down the best grooming/boarding service in the MOV, probably tri-State area. The staff are wonderful with humans and pets, the facility is immaculate (& even SMELLS nice, which is mind-blowing with so many animals in and out), and the owners have established great policies to keep pets AND their humans safe. 10 stars. read more

The entire staff is so friendly and professional, and it is clear my pup is well taken care of by how excited she gets every time we go! Ian grooms both our dogs and always does a great job!! Our Maltese can be difficult to brush at home so I know he is a handful for Ian! Yet he always comes home looking his best and Ian never complains! Our Morkie has separation anxiety and Ian always seems to handle her with extreme care!! read more
