(This vet seems to always be closed so don't ever assume they are open) so we had to take him some where else, he was up for yearly check so we let the emergency vet do it since we were already there. When it came time to refill his medicine he needs to live, they gave us the wrong one and lucky we noticed and took it back. Then a few weeks later we went to get his prescription dog food and they refused to give it to us until we did the yearly update with them, we told them what happened and that we had that done somewhere else because of his emergency and they were closed. They did not care and were so rude and refused to even SELL us his food. We were trying to give them money so they weren't loosing our business completely. They just wanted us to spend several hundred dollars for a check up we just did and could have faxed to them or even got the paperwork to show as proof and they did not care. We will never go back and since this are with a new vet. Here is the thing..... the way they made us feel about our baby(pretty much child) was HELPLESS because he has to have that food no other kind and that medicine to live is unacceptable and beyond belief. Hopefully they can put what really matters and THEIR job first and not greed and remember why they chose this field. Do better......

Words cannot adequately…read moreexpress our appreciation to Melissa Howard and Dawg Dynasty for their outstanding and loving care of our dog Macie during the Christmas Holidays. The facility was immaculate and well equipped. The kennels were large with elevated pet beds and blankets. We were also allowed to bring Macie's bed to help her feel at home, as well as her favorite toys. The outside play area was securely fenced and offered a covered area for those reluctant to relieve themselves in the rain. There were also elevated beds for those guests wanting to enjoy the sun. Much to our (and other family member's) delight, pictures were regularly shared of our pup enjoying her Christmas vacation with "new friends". Santa even appeared on Christmas Eve and left each pup a stocking full of toys and treats. It's difficult to leave a furbaby anytime, but Dawg Dynasty treats their " four-legged guests" like beloved family members. Although this was our first stay, we cannot imagine boarding Macie at any other facility.

I've always been very forgiving and a "great client" as she has said many times. She recently shared a pricing list with me that noted we had the option to pay via PayPal. I asked if we could start paying via PayPal and she flew off the handle complaining how she gets charged a fee for this and dropped us as a client. I share this info because customer service means a lot to me and our dogs are family and she is VERY unprofessional, sarcastic and rude when things don't benefit her or go her way. Many times have we gifted her things after travels, cards and thank you's but I should not be made to feel awkward for not giving a big tip every time on top of boarding/daycare fees. Lastly, if she offers to raise your rates because your "such great clients" be prepared for her to change her mind whenever and not keep to her word, because that's what she did to us. Also, don't trust the reviews on Facebook to be accurate. If you leave a negative review, she will just block you so it doesn't look poorly on her.

With some help he was able to do his job and get him all cleaned up.
