I truly thought my sofa was ruined. I'd already had other cleaning companies come out in the past to try and remove stains from this sofa, but no one was ever able to make a difference. AllKlean was completely different. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. To my amazement, they got every bit of the coffee stain out. My sofa looks like new again. They also applied a scotch guard afterwards to protect the fabric going forward, which gave me peace of mind. If you need upholstery cleaning-especially delicate or light-colored fabrics-AllKlean is absolutely the company to call. They exceeded every expectation. I would highly recommend AllKlean. I am a customer for life.

Work was started on my project in February 2025 and is still ongoing 14 months later in April of…read more2026. I was promised a 4 to 6 week start to finish on this job. Juan's and his workers were rude and incompetent. Juan was often rude and one time was actively hostile and acted like he wanted to fight me. Juan's workers told me they had never done floors before. His workers continuously made mistakes (not cutting the flooring correctly, they had to buy extra materials because of mistakes, not using the correct tools, hiding mistakes, causing more damage, spilling stain in my concrete , not cleaning up their messes, leaving front door open three times when they left), they were often hours late or would not show up at all while I waited around all day with no one following up with me, eventually Juan avoided all my texts and calls as well as Broughtons. Juan was openly hostile on one instance acting like he wanted to fight after he had to fix a damage that did to my counters I had told Broughton numerous times that I was uncomfortable with Juan and his workers because of all the incidents but he said Juan had already been paid so Juan needed to fix the work. Broughton told me there would be no further payments needed from me if we continued to use Juan's company to finish and we only partially fixed mistakes and didn't have to redo the entire flooring and baseboards and I didn't leave a bad review, BBB complaint or complain to the insurance company or the owners of the company. Broughton later had told me that Juan had been lying to him and Juan stopped returning his calls then Broughton stopped responding to my texts and calls so after 2 months of no contact I reached out to other companies for estimates to fix the job that AllKlean had not finished. If Broughton and Juan were fired why did no one from All Klein ever contact me? Even during and after I hired the Idaho handyman to repair some of the work that left damages to my house, no one from AllKlean ever contacted me to check up or follow up. Broughton left the job unfinished and my new floors, baseboards etc damaged, with material left in my garage taking up needed space, my bathroom was left with the sink and toilet unattached for months until I hired someone to make my bathroom usable and my furniture in the garage or out of place because there was no flooring or damaged flooring in parts of my house. I hired the Idaho handyman to finish the job since no-one from AllKlean Klean would call me back and fix these issues, who said they can only do a "Bandaid" repair the replace entire flooring and baseboards to complete the job properly. The employee of the Idaho Handyman who did repairs wife works in AllKleans billing department. 3 other companies that came that give me a estimate to complete the job that AllKlean was supposed to do said it the entirety of the floors and baseboards and bathroom sink had to be replaced to fix properly. In October 2025 I received a final bill even though the work was not completed. I called and told the female in the billing department that answered the phone that work was not done. She put me in touch with the person that took over for Broughton. This person told me not to pay anything until after he and the GM came out and inspected the work that was done and both he and the GM would come to my house to inspect the job. Neither he nor the GM came out or called me to inspect the floors etc.. I called back after a week of not hearing from anyone and was told by a female from the billing department that she couldn't get ahold of the person in charge of my account but she would leave a message for him to call me. I never received any sort of correspondence from anyone regarding my job until the end of April 2026 where I received yet another bill saying that the work was completed (it's not complete after more than a year). I called Stephanie from the billing department and explained to her what was going on. She apologized and put me in touch with the guy that is charge of my job. I told him what was going on and he said that both him and the GM would come out this week to inspect the job. Which ironically is exactly what was told to me in October of 2025 and no one ever reached out to me or came by then. I understand that both Juan and Broughton were fired for the incompetent work they did. Since Broughton was fired why did no one from AllKlean ever reach out to me to regarding my job? I received no voice mails or emails or texts from anyone other than the billing department since Broughton was fired. I talked to the new person that replaced Broughton to oversee my job twice in the 8 or so months since Broughton was fired and both times it was I that reached out to him both times after I received bills that the job was done when it isn't done.

I used Complete Restoration for crawl space and attic mold remediation services and overall wish I…read morehad chosen a different company for several reasons. If this business is used I would recommend double checking the work as it progresses and don't assume it is being done thoroughly or correctly. The original estimate was done on time and in a professional manner and the young tech, Mason seemed knowledgeable and confident. The estimate included mold removal from my attic, removing debris and old insulation from the crawlspace, temporary sump pump service, replacing insulation and laying vapor barrier throughout, Also they were to permanently affix an attic fan vent that had fallen and was contributing to moisture. Services also included installing soffits and a ridge vent on roof. Mason and his two hired friends were the crew and his helpers could be heard under the house shrieking about spiders and other unpleasant things found in crawlspaces. The two helpers were clearly not prepared for this type of work or environment. I had to call Mason to return after peeking in the crawspace to find insulation hanging in several areas. He returned and fixed the insulation and claimed it was his helpers that did the original work and he didn't double check them. I also had to have Mason return to re-install the attic fan that had fallen after he affixed it with black electrical tape to the exterior vent. Later that year I noticed the fan vent had fallen again so I had to permanently affix it using a small screw rather than tape. I paid a pretty hefty invoice and received a two year guarantee. One year later I was in the crawlspace for maintenance and noticed lots of debris was not removed originally and had been covered over with vapor barrier. I sent pictures to the company and Mason's uncle, Mike agreed it was incomplete and sent Mason and his friends back to finish. They hauled off lots of debris and upon inspection I voiced concern that a large area of vapor barrier had been removed to get the debris but not replaced. Mason agreed it should be done so he went to get more vapor barrier. The team left and I went to inspect and found a huge bag of debris left under the house and discovered a decent sized area where no new insulation had ever been installed as contract stated. I again reached out in a reasonable and professional manner to the company with email photos and texts about missing insulation and they completely blew me off with no reply at all. I would recommend a different company overall due to poor quality of workmanship and unprofessional conduct.

A few learning curve issues hopefully have been worked out…read more RESPONSIVE Friendly Workmanship Value: A few issues I hope are resolved: 1) Mason and his friend (who was in high school last fall) were the onsite work. There were days they waiting to come work until after school, which left them onsite only a few hours each night. I didn't know that was the Olán until after it had occurred which extended the remediation out days. It would e a problem in a vacant space, b it u had displaced tenants until work was done. Then a day where someone got sick so they were only onsite a few hours. Nothing can be done about that & they communicated the situation to me, which was appreciated. THE PROBLEM: I was billed for each mobilization. So -day of work done over 4 days' and they billed me to mob/demon each 2-3 hour day of work. I told Mason when he told me they were sour king after school hours that it wasn't my problem that he wasn't working 8-12 hours at a crack and it shouldn't cost me the extra trips, b it I was billed for them. And management (mike & nikole) justified billing me extra non-onsite worked hours, by saying they didn't bill me for XYZ b/c they were new at the time so it all even out. Well.... sorry they hd a learning curve but you eat the cost of you form bill for XYZ you don't Uber bill the client in other area to 'make up for it'. 2) I didn't get invoiced for months. 3) FALSE STATEMENT: they told me that whatever the insurance paid out I had to pay them; which isn't true. My insurance agent made it very clear I hire and manage whatever contract I want. I am invoiced and I pay the contractor. The insurance company paid me why they felt the claim cost would be. I approve the invoices and pay who I hire based on their bid. 4) I had to get Complete Restoration to come back out with fans a second time as they left when the crawl space dirt was still wet. They did come back out but not they day they said, but 3-4 days later. 5) I asked Complete Restoration to spray bleach water on some beams when they were in the crawl space, a few minutes of work. They did, but later told me (when they were justifying billing the extra hours) that they didn't bill me for 'mold remediation' and they could have. I worried for a Mold remediation company and am fully aware of what a full remediation entails. The few minutes of work done while they were already in the crawl space, does not justify trying to string arm a client with a statement about what they could have charged... when they said spraying beach water while they were in the crawl was no problem. 6) I did have to call most days to get job status updates, to find out what work was done and what hour were worked, when they'd be back etc... I asked Mason to better communicate with me those things and he started to, which was appreciated. Overall I'd use this company again and recommended them, HOWEVER: -KEEP TRACK OF HOURS WORKED, -be sure to get pricing up front, -be sure to know when they are going to work, - be sure they invoice you directly, -communicate with your insurance company so you know why is true, what you have to pay for, who you pay and how the process works so you aren't manipulated.

The Information given by the owner, Jason Moshan, was total bullshit and would require ripping out a wall & replacing a bunch of plumbing, when all that was needed, was a new valve on a washer box. The second real estate transaction, I discovered the shoddy work at Affordable Restoration, was when they were hired by the sellers agent to tarp a roof, but had shingles blown off, and we could freeze the sheeting. Lunch the tarp was removed for repairs to be made. Turns out it was an old tarp filled with holes that essentially was pointless. But of course, the agent that had them tarp entire roof was charged full price. Third experience: a client called for a roof repair after they had Affordable Restoration install a roof that was done wrong. The client has been trying to reach Affordable Restoration and can't get a hold of anyone or get a callback for weeks, so they called our roofing company to make the repairs. We found the roof was not even installed properly.

LNI of Washington says Jason Moshan is not allowed to work In the State of Washington as a contractor. Jason and Michael send two invoices for the same work as Affordable Radon and Affordable Restoration. Essentially, double billing for the same job. Their invoices have grammar errors and don't know what "110" power is. Their invoices read, "100" power. There is no such thing as 100 power. None of their invoices holds any type guarantee as they do not run a legitimate business. All vague terms on work completed. Affordable Radon has no website and no other advertising. He used to be the athletic director for WSU.
