The initial install started Dec 11th and to be completed Dec 12th. Day 1, they hit the gas line. There was a dispute about whose fault it was but they figured it out with the gas company, which I was thankful for. After the job was completed Dec 12th, I came home from work to notice that our fence was bent and would not close. They also left tarps and debri in our basement from after the install. They also did not seal around the windows after install so there was a wicked draft coming from both windows which made the house freezing (It's December after all). I could actually see through the cracks/cuts to the outside. One of the windows would also not close all the way nor would it lock. I messaged the project manager that night (Dec 12th) and he said he'd have some of his guys come out to take a look. They left us like this for the whole weekend. In fact, I had to get ahold of the project manager again (On Tuesday Dec 15th) to find out when they would be out since I hadn't heard anything about it. They ended up stopping by that night and were a bit late, but I was notified they would be. They sealed around the windows, took the tarps left by the concrete cutting company they hired, and attempted to bang out/fix our gate. They also tried fixing the faulty window saying it was just dirt caught in the track, but it still wouldn't close so they said the project manager would be by tomorrow (Wednesday December 16th). I hadn't heard from the project manager so I contacted him again and he forgot. He offered to be by Friday(Dec 18th) instead. Sure, we can do that. He came by Friday and said it was a faulty window and it would have to be replaced. He would try to find one close to pick up, but they might have to order one if he can't find one that will fit. Awesome! Sounds great. I didn't hear anything after that. I contacted him 10 days later (Monday Dec 28th) for an update. He still hadn't found one but if they ordered, it would take 8 weeks to get it. He said he would keep me posted....but I still didn't hear anything. I contacted him again on January 6th for another update (9 days later). They found one yesterday, Jan 5th. He planned to go get it that day and then he'd contact me about when they could install it. He called Jan 8th to get us on the schedule. Install of the new window was set for January 15th. I got a call that the window didn't need to be replaced, it was just installed incorrectly so it wasn't set evenly on the track, which is why it would not lock. He reinstalled it, and it locked just fine. Perfect!! I called to get the final invoice and they emailed it to me. The contract I signed said I'd pay $3000 up front before project start (which I did). And then I'd pay $3534 when the project was done. Awesome, I was prepared. The invoice I was sent was a $228.69 difference in their favor. I asked why (could it be for the extra window we didn't need??) at which point I was informed the tech that drew up the contract (that we both signed) didn't do his math right and forgot to include $210 of project cost PLUS didn't do taxes correctly, so instead of the $3534, I'd have to pay $3762.69 For a company that calls themselves Premier Basement Systems, they aren't very Premier and make a lot of mistakes they expect their customers to correct and pay for. What was supposed to be a 2 day project has turned into a month+ long endeavor. I did email them back and we came to an agreement to split the difference of the math mistake (so still paying a little more than the original contract, but it is what it is). I don't mind paying for work done, just frustrated paying for mistakes I didn't make. Next time I'll remember to buy a house that already has egress windows.

Rob was super responsive with correspondence and we even got a personal message from Dave Gerard, the President and Owner. He explained the process and kept us feeling comfortable about this undertaking. Shana kept the team on time with scheduling, and they performed the work in early April, right after we closed on the house purchase, to address our concerns about a reading of 37.8 pCi/L, when under 4.0 pCi/L is within EPA recommended range. We gave them a floor plan sketch ahead of the work day and they already had ideas coming onsite as to what options they'd exercise to run the piping. They took extra care to ensure we were in approval of their recommended mitigation route and explained every detail to us. Our review comes nearly 7 weeks later because we wanted to check our new exposure readings. We just had the opportunity to test our radon levels post-mitigation as we were waiting for ideal conditions with weather and avoiding days when we had multiple contractors coming in and out of the house the last few weeks. To our happy surprise, the levels came all the way down to 0.7 pCi/L! Thank you team at Advanced Radon Technologies. We can breathe easy now that we know the radon gas is kept out of the house!

He was recommended by a realtor for mold remediation. He bid the job and we agreed to do the mold and soffit vents. Once the kids working for him showed up, they couldn't replace the soffit vents. He then just wanted the same amount of money but would then install an attic fan (which he had previously said was only needed if you were stupid). We halted the job but he continued to work with the realtor who had recommended him behind our backs and still wanted the same amount of money, even though he didn't perform all the work quoted. I could go on but all I'll say is that he is not professional! Again, Do Not Use this company!! Beware!!

The Information given by the owner, Jason Moshan, was total bullshit and would require ripping out a wall & replacing a bunch of plumbing, when all that was needed, was a new valve on a washer box. The second real estate transaction, I discovered the shoddy work at Affordable Restoration, was when they were hired by the sellers agent to tarp a roof, but had shingles blown off, and we could freeze the sheeting. Lunch the tarp was removed for repairs to be made. Turns out it was an old tarp filled with holes that essentially was pointless. But of course, the agent that had them tarp entire roof was charged full price. Third experience: a client called for a roof repair after they had Affordable Restoration install a roof that was done wrong. The client has been trying to reach Affordable Restoration and can't get a hold of anyone or get a callback for weeks, so they called our roofing company to make the repairs. We found the roof was not even installed properly.

Work was started on my project in February 2025 and is still ongoing 14 months later in April of…read more2026. I was promised a 4 to 6 week start to finish on this job. Juan's and his workers were rude and incompetent. Juan was often rude and one time was actively hostile and acted like he wanted to fight me. Juan's workers told me they had never done floors before. His workers continuously made mistakes (not cutting the flooring correctly, they had to buy extra materials because of mistakes, not using the correct tools, hiding mistakes, causing more damage, spilling stain in my concrete , not cleaning up their messes, leaving front door open three times when they left), they were often hours late or would not show up at all while I waited around all day with no one following up with me, eventually Juan avoided all my texts and calls as well as Broughtons. Juan was openly hostile on one instance acting like he wanted to fight after he had to fix a damage that did to my counters I had told Broughton numerous times that I was uncomfortable with Juan and his workers because of all the incidents but he said Juan had already been paid so Juan needed to fix the work. Broughton told me there would be no further payments needed from me if we continued to use Juan's company to finish and we only partially fixed mistakes and didn't have to redo the entire flooring and baseboards and I didn't leave a bad review, BBB complaint or complain to the insurance company or the owners of the company. Broughton later had told me that Juan had been lying to him and Juan stopped returning his calls then Broughton stopped responding to my texts and calls so after 2 months of no contact I reached out to other companies for estimates to fix the job that AllKlean had not finished. If Broughton and Juan were fired why did no one from All Klein ever contact me? Even during and after I hired the Idaho handyman to repair some of the work that left damages to my house, no one from AllKlean ever contacted me to check up or follow up. Broughton left the job unfinished and my new floors, baseboards etc damaged, with material left in my garage taking up needed space, my bathroom was left with the sink and toilet unattached for months until I hired someone to make my bathroom usable and my furniture in the garage or out of place because there was no flooring or damaged flooring in parts of my house. I hired the Idaho handyman to finish the job since no-one from AllKlean Klean would call me back and fix these issues, who said they can only do a "Bandaid" repair the replace entire flooring and baseboards to complete the job properly. The employee of the Idaho Handyman who did repairs wife works in AllKleans billing department. 3 other companies that came that give me a estimate to complete the job that AllKlean was supposed to do said it the entirety of the floors and baseboards and bathroom sink had to be replaced to fix properly. In October 2025 I received a final bill even though the work was not completed. I called and told the female in the billing department that answered the phone that work was not done. She put me in touch with the person that took over for Broughton. This person told me not to pay anything until after he and the GM came out and inspected the work that was done and both he and the GM would come to my house to inspect the job. Neither he nor the GM came out or called me to inspect the floors etc.. I called back after a week of not hearing from anyone and was told by a female from the billing department that she couldn't get ahold of the person in charge of my account but she would leave a message for him to call me. I never received any sort of correspondence from anyone regarding my job until the end of April 2026 where I received yet another bill saying that the work was completed (it's not complete after more than a year). I called Stephanie from the billing department and explained to her what was going on. She apologized and put me in touch with the guy that is charge of my job. I told him what was going on and he said that both him and the GM would come out this week to inspect the job. Which ironically is exactly what was told to me in October of 2025 and no one ever reached out to me or came by then. I understand that both Juan and Broughton were fired for the incompetent work they did. Since Broughton was fired why did no one from AllKlean ever reach out to me to regarding my job? I received no voice mails or emails or texts from anyone other than the billing department since Broughton was fired. I talked to the new person that replaced Broughton to oversee my job twice in the 8 or so months since Broughton was fired and both times it was I that reached out to him both times after I received bills that the job was done when it isn't done.
