I usually do not like to take the time to write negative reviews but rather give positive feedback. In this case, I feel it is important. It must be as it is been over a year since my wedding and am still bothered by the cost and results of my wedding flowers. I did write a review on wedding wire but it was "deleted" because I mistakenly lost the contract we had with Michelle. In order for wedding wire to keep the reviews, they need proof of the contract. You would think my wedding would be easy with 3 small bouquets and my husband's one flower. What I think is that the Michelle's focus was on the larger weddings that week versus My small guest list of 23. I ordered "white" roses and they were literally yellow and brown around the edges. When they were delivered to my bridal suite, I thought someone was sending me flowers as a gift not realizing these were "my bridal flowers". My sister who did my table arrangements was able to find true.....white roses and they were beautiful. Just beautiful. In addition, my husbands "artificial" flower was the opposite color of what I ordered and frayed around the edges as the flower had been sitting at the bottom of a box for years. I even had close friends/family agree with the quality of the work. I am pretty positive person and it takes a lot for me to address something. The positive is everything else was beautiful that day but believe the $$$ for the quality of the flowers and the 3 small bouquets was not worth it. My thoughts.......regardless of the size of the wedding and in life, give your all by doing your best and follow through on your word. read more

Her bouquets just light up my photo's and she couldn't be any sweeter. Each centerpiece and aisle design is unique. Michelle and her creative vision set the tone and ambiance for our wedding. From day one Crazy Daisies worked within our budget and color scheme. Michelle took complete creative control and stayed in contact throughout the entire process updating me with ideas and questions. Additionally, one of the men behind the scenes is her husband, he is excellent at setting up ceremony sites and constructed a romantic and elegant ceremony site. The monochromatic orange color scheme was a HIT with all the guests. it was perfect for the fun loving atmosphere we wanted to create. If I could give zero stars I would. Never met such a rude, unprofessional "business owner". When I first signed with Michelle to do my wedding I was very excited. She seemed perfect and excited to do it. After she got her deposit it was like she checked out. Hard to get in touch with her, unavailable to meet. When I finally was able to meet with her, I had to drive to her side of town, she told me the wrong name of the restaurant leaving me driving around. She was short and rude because I asked to change some things in my package because I wasn't able to afford it all. She seemed irritated I brought my bridesmaids with me and would cut them off not allowing them to speak or ask questions. She didn't bring any examples or pictures to show me anything but said she would "email me" like she said many times before and didn't do. Our "meeting" lasted a whole 15 minutes before she grabbed her things and walked out. My fiancé and I ended up canceling our contract and losing part of our deposit because it was better than having to deal with her another day. read more

Where do I even start! I was referred to Michelle by my sister in law where she personally didn't even like giving the recommendation because of the lack of customer service. But I emailed her the first time, trying to receive a quote to not get a response and so I emailed again weeks later and she claimed she never got the first email. Well we met and I was under a tight budget and was only looking for the basics. She told me to go over everything I was interested in etc and she even added things in and I told her I wasn't too worried about those things because of my budget she said no your fine we can figure it all out. Well at the end she said she could do it all for my budget amount!! GREATT!! I was so excited and left the meeting with her feeling so happy and relieved!! Well after leaving I had a couple questions along with me needing to send her the pictures of what we went over, so I emailed her everything along with my questions. Month later still no response from here. So I found her on facebook and messaged her on there and where she claims she didn't receive the email. So I copied everything into facebook so I could confirm she read it and she did right away and didn't get a response still 3 weeks after that. So I messaged her again asking her when she was able to actually get back to me and so then she asks me to resend the email again. I told her that she obviously has email issues and I even pasted it in the convo above. she then says she found the email from months prior and went over my questions etc. She then informs me that numerous things we spoke about in the meeting weren't provided in the price she gave me even though they were all written down. Says they were just a maybe when then weren't!! So at this point im so frustrated that it takes her that long to get back and she doesn't even remember what we spoke about and going back on a bunch of stuff she told me I was getting so I just said whatever take it out. I don't need the stress and was nice. At that time I got pricing to add flower petals and asked her to add those. Well now it's 6 months later and 1 month before my wedding and I ask her to send me the balance due including those flowers petals that I added along with the time they will be delivered. She then just emails me what I owe and I know its not including the petals so I then message her asking if that was the price with the petals I added and she said no that's just the aisle flowers. So after I specifically asked for the total with those she chooses not to read what I write her and just sends me the amount. So im so frustrated at this point and just want to be assured of what im getting and that it will even be there and I was scared at this point we aren't on the same page and she responds with " then cancel your order so I don't ruin your day" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! Come to find out this is exactly what she did with my sister in law and her excuse of not receiving emails is her usual excuse as she used that with her numerous times. All I wanted is to be on the same page and in the end she tells me its best if she doesn't do my flowers because her lack of communication! AND 1 month before my wedding!! All in all don't waste your time with this lady!! SHe's unprofessional and just cares about booking as many orders as possible instead of making it easy on the people that she does book with by staying in communication with them. She's rude and completely left me high and dry 1 month prior. Worst experience ever! read more

My family and I are usually positive. However, we were really dissatisfied with my bridal bouquet as well as my 2 bridesmaids. My flowers were supposed to be white and they were more yellow/off-white and had brown around the edges already. After seeing a low review on Wedding Wire, another individual had the same problem with her flowers turning brown around the edges. In addition, there were no baby's breath in my bouquet as I had wanted and my husband did not receive the flower I had requested. The quality was definitely poor for the 3 SMALL and brown bouquets and not worth the 250.00. My family member did my flower arrangements for the table and those looked 100 times better than my bouquet and the roses were pure white as I had wanted. read more

If I could give less than a star, I would. I never actually had the chance to work with Michelle because she never responded to my contact request via her website. She was highly recommended to me by a friend, whom I asked to contact her directly since I wasn't getting a response. After a week of no reply, my friend posted on social media looking for a florist. Conveniently after, Michelle wrote her back telling her she had just found my request and they didn't deliver that far. We hadn't even discussed delivery or pickup options?? Waste of time, if you even get a hold of her and what a shame because her Facebook page shows beautiful work! read more

Trust me given the opportunity to give zero stars or less I would have gladly! Michelle, sat down with my soon to be bride and gave her a bottom line with our requests. When we came back, we were told no that does not include this that or this.....and prices changed so we can no longer honor that price. When my fiancée then said you wrote that down on a contract, she claimed it was not a contract it was a maybe? Never have I seen or been apart of a maybe contract? Needless to say this is not the first time my family has had to deal with this company, and I will never recommend or do business with Michelle again. Pretty damn sad she is that business owner that goes back on her word, but oh well. read more
