I reside in CA and my Onkle resided in Buckeye; I wanted a local shop in lieu of going thru 800 number & getting an arrange from, who knows where. This flower shop was closest. I called but they were not going to be able to get the arrangement out until Monday and I wanted them delivered same day or following day. After calling around and every other shop also being busy or too far out to deliver, I succumbed to ordering flowers from this store. I ordered a dozen white long stemmed roses. I was pleasantly surprised by the text communication I received when flowers were being created, a photo of them and a text when they were out for delivery. My Tia commented how fresh the roses were and how lovely they were. I was most appreciative to hear the freshness of the flowers & my cousin sent me photo ,which matched what I ordered and received in a text. Sometimes, you wonder how true to the ad the arrange delivered was. It is such a small gesture to receive flowers when a love one passes but it is very welcomed. I am very happy with this store.

After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

It must be as it is been over a year since my wedding and am still bothered by the cost and results of my wedding flowers. I did write a review on wedding wire but it was "deleted" because I mistakenly lost the contract we had with Michelle. In order for wedding wire to keep the reviews, they need proof of the contract. You would think my wedding would be easy with 3 small bouquets and my husband's one flower. What I think is that the Michelle's focus was on the larger weddings that week versus My small guest list of 23. I ordered "white" roses and they were literally yellow and brown around the edges. When they were delivered to my bridal suite, I thought someone was sending me flowers as a gift not realizing these were "my bridal flowers". My sister who did my table arrangements was able to find true.....white roses and they were beautiful. Just beautiful. In addition, my husbands "artificial" flower was the opposite color of what I ordered and frayed around the edges as the flower had been sitting at the bottom of a box for years. I even had close friends/family agree with the quality of the work. I am pretty positive person and it takes a lot for me to address something. The positive is everything else was beautiful that day but believe the $$$ for the quality of the flowers and the 3 small bouquets was not worth it. My thoughts.......regardless of the size of the wedding and in life, give your all by doing your best and follow through on your word.
