Another ignored "No Soliciting" sign review. I have a hard time being grouchy with people... so I entertained the guy's schpeal for a bit. Told him that we already have a pest company, and he proceeded to continue his sales pitch. "Who do you have doing your pest control?" "What are you paying?" blah blah. Finally I said "I don't mean to be rude guy, but I have a no soliciting sign which you ignored, and I've already informed you that we have a company doing our pest control." Dude literally says "My bad" and **continues his pitch**!!! The irony of being pestered by a pest control company solicitor is almost too much. Unfortunately for "Crazy Frog," I hold grudges for a long time, and if pest control ever comes up in conversation with family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, anyone who will listen, etc etc... I signed up with this service after a guy knocked on my door. I was actually really excited it and getting rid of the spiders I had been seeing. They treated once and have never been seen again. They continue to schedule appointments with me, but never show up. When I call them on it, they say that somebody did come out. However, i have cameras all over my house and can PROVE that nobody came by. I gave them 3 opportunities to make this right and they failed every time. This place is a scam. We had two people knock on our door and promise great service and pest control. We agreed to allow one service. They did not fulfill the obligation and as such we asked them to cancel. Not only did they not cancel, they sent us a bill for $220. We can not understand what this bill is for. They have not come back since we asked them to stop all service. I am beyond shocked at how poorly these people run their business. In addition to all this, our dog starting having seizures 1 day after the pest control was applied. They promised their product were safe for pets and children. Our dog has never had seizures. When we called them to tell them once again to stop billing us and just cancel, they are being adversarial and threatening. They are claiming not to know about our request to cancel. I had a guy knock on my door and explain the details - that I could get my first service for $59, and three more (one each quarter, so a year total) for $89 each. I had been seeing a lot of spiders and wasps etc, and was actually thinking of having someone spray anyways, so thought I'd go for it. They did charge me $59 for my first service, and then three more, one each quarter for $89 each. The last one being in February 2017. Forward to the end of July 2017 (five, almost six months later), and I receive an email that they have scheduled someone to come out to my home in August. I called Customer Service and said that I thought we were done. But was told that I signed up for four sprays (not three) after the initial one. This may be true (which I understand), but it's not what the guy told me. Even the final technician that came out thought it was weird how it had been six months. During my services, the technicians were all very friendly and I thought they did a decent job, which is why I've given 2 stars. However, two of them left my side garage door open, one of them said my dog tried to bite him (never happened - I was by the window and could see everything) and another showed up when I had rescheduled. The guy walked UP my driveway to my back yard gate and approached my family and I saying he had been bit recently by a dog. I was concerned and asked him if we could step out front to talk so as to calm my dogs from barking at an intruder. When I went to the front of the house, he immediately began a pitch, saying he had a lot of clients in the neighborhood and he could get me a dirt cheap deal since I was in his route. I stated I already had a company I contract w/ and have for the last 5 years. He tried to tell me that the company I've been happy with wasn't so great and bid be farewell. I had guests over for dinner and a salesman from Crazy Frog rang my door bell. He was very persistent and interrupting my dinner party. He insisted on selling me his product even after I told him I was not interested. He convinced me to sign a contract for a year. Originally he said it would cost $300 but then said he would give it to me for $50. He said "You promise me to keep this a secret?" This is a SCAM!!!!! I am now asking the company to cancel the contract and they are in the process of having a manager call me. What is the chance that this manager will call? I am almost 75 years old and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I do not like it. I feel his presentation was very manipulative. You could say a bit Froggy or Green or Slimey. This company promises great service and quality, dedicated service. The only REAL service I've received is 'LIP-SERVICE" and lies. Pests are NOT exterminated..they thrive. I believe there are enough complaints against this company to actually file a class action lawsuit to be refunded. I feel obligated to add my one-star review to their impressive collection. We signed a one year contract, and thankfully are now able to cancel. During the past year we have actually noted an increase in the number of pests around our home. The technicians don't seem to be able to identify a hornets nest, even after being sent back out for reapplications. They might be one of the cheaper options around, but in this case you definitely do not get what you pay for. read more

I don't know anything about the level of service this company provides but they really start off on a bad foot when they don't know how to read a sign on the front door. I cannot speak about the level of service this company provides with respect to pest control because their poor customer service, put them on a list of vendors never to use right from the start. It's not a good sign for a company when they cannot / do not know how to read a sign on the front door. I have a sign on my front door that clearly says in bold capital letters "NO SOLICITING". Additionally, they woke up my sleeping toddler & sleeping baby because they decided that good business practice included knocking on doors at 8:30 at night. Apparently reading is also not a strong suit for employees at this company. I already have a pest control company & the pest control company signs in my yard and they do a great job I highly recommend. After my barking dogs and crying children momentarily subsided, I asked the "gentleman," why he found it necessary to knock on a door that clearly didn't allow solicitors. His response was "I have a job to do man." Good for you, but that will not be the case at my house. Don't use these guys as obviously they don't know how to read and that probably will have ramifications when it comes to contracts, completion of work, etc. Try Pointe Pest control because they do a good job and they don't solicit you at 8:30 at night at your home ringing your doorbell when your sign out front says no soliciting. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Crazy Frog Pest Control regarding cancelling my service which according to their SERVICE AGREEMENT is for an INITIALLY FOR 12 MONTHS... I signed up for the service in June 2017 and made my last payment in May 2018,,,, which by my calendar is 12 months, BUT not their calendar, I have paid over $500.00 for the years service, but the person I talked to said I owed for June ($39.10). I argued with them and finally decided I had enough and said CANCEL THE SERVICE AND PAID THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR June. I would suggest no one should ever use this service, their accounting department is not customer service oriented. read more

We have used Crazy Frog for about three years and have been quite satisfied with their service. Mike was our technician today, and he spent extra time educating me about certain pests and the products he would use to eradicate them. His approach was very thorough, checking bushes near the house for wasp nests, etc. In between our quarterly service, I have called Crazy Frog and they have come out to do an extra spray, if needed. Or an indoor spray, if needed. We have no complaints and we are pleased with their service. read more

I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with this company. I saw little or no change in the pest problem. I'm not even sure they came to spray when they were scheduled to. My wife works at our home and she only saw them here twice in a year. Then they charged me for an extra month when the contract was over. Waiting to see if it gets done, but not holding my breath. The service was good after I signed up and paid for a year of service. They were ok as far as pest control goes, aside from there seemed to be no communication between service men and office ppl and the automated messages which did most of the work. After my year contract was up, the automated messages kept hitting me up, and after 8 months of telling them no thank you, they kept coming. Despite me saying no thanks and canceling my account. In month 9 after contract, they came. Billed me, canceled my account again, and showed up the next day at my front door selling me a new contract. A few days later the automated system tested and said I owe them 49 dollars. At this point it is being forced upon me, against my will, with no contract, and I was told "that is just how the system works. I can give u half off of today's service." I agree that this business scams people and they use a bullying sales technique. They give you a huge discount for initial service and if you try to cancel after 1 service, they say the the discount given is the cancellation fee they have to charge you and refer you to the tiny prints in their agreement. The worst buisness practice in Idaho. When I tried to deliver a contract cancellation letter since my 12 months was up the owner/manager refused to accept it and tried to explain they bill for 13 months which would automatically put me in another years contract. I said I sold my house and don't need another 12 months. They then requested a utility bill with the new address. If I'm cancelling my contract at the end of 12 months why does that matter?. He then started yelling and making threats, and followed us out to the parking lot screaming. I should have called Meridian PD and had the owner arrested for assault. This company was not professional at all. Didn't do a good job spraying or removing cobwebs. The problem is I ended up with more spiders in my house, my flower beds, patio, garden ! I've never had a problem with spiders in my house! After the first spray I had a large black spider with 3 yellow dots on his back walking on the arm of the chair I was sitting in. Didn't know I could get out of the chair that fast!!!! Im very afraid of spiders, And was infested with them the whole time they sprayed. I tried to tell them to stop spraying, but was told I'd have to still pay for the rest of the sprays In my contract.....even if I didn't use them.... My experience with this company has not been good. They sent around a door to door salesmen that kept pushing for me to just try it and see if I like it. He reduced the cost substantially for the first visit only and they sent someone over right away. Turns out the high pressure salesman had me sign but I did not realize it was a contact that if I decide not to go with them after the initial service you owe $250 to break the contact. When I called to explain this to them, her response was "you signed the contract" and added "if I wasn't comfortable signing something I shouldn't do it" It was pretty much, you signed, we gotcha! They never asked why I was canceling, never asked if their was a problem with their service. Just too bad, so sad for you. My feeling was that they are not out to build their company with good customer service but their business plan is to just be pushy, get what they can and probably will not be around for long. We had one of the co-owners come and knock on our door to sell us this service and was very helpful in giving us all the details. We weren't sure we wanted to sign up for pest control because we had just bought this house, but we had been seeing a few flies and other bugs. We decided it was a good idea. We watched as they were very thorough in our first treatment and continued to be thorough on the following treatments. We had a rodent issue in our yard, and they came out right away and have been very prompt in helping us with the issue (at no extra charge). There was a scheduled service that didn't work for our schedule, but we only had a small window that did work; customer service was helpful in rescheduling and fitting us in when we needed. There have been times when getting a hold of customer service has been difficult, probably because of the busy summer months (this only happened once or twice). Overall, great company, great customer service and we've liked that their products are pet and kid friendly. read more

I was told that I would receive a pamphlet if I didn't pay the day the guy scheduled me, and that he'd come by on my day off. I received a text saying that I owed them for their visit. When I explained to the call center that their person said he wouldn't do it without me paying and that I had decided I didn't want their services after all, the guy said he'd have a supervisor call me. COMPLETE SCAM They go door to door trying to sign you up for what they say is a one time $69 charge for them to spray your entire property, inside the house, garage, and crawl space. They schedule a time to come out and show up, what takes them less than 20 minutes while they disregard the agreement for the entire property and all of the house. They then go to collect payment at the end and it's at this point that they tell you about a $33 monthly service fee that you are now bound by a contract. Called the company today and was called back by Miles, the door to door salesman. He was very rude and kept threatening that it would go to collections if I refused to pay the $33 reoccurring fee. He let me know that I could cancel the contract but the fee was nearly just as expensive as letting them continue providing the pest control service. Overall I am very displeased with this company, their sales men, and their business model. Would not ever recommend this company and I hope that everyone that comes across them does their research. read more

Shorter review of the longer one posted. Crazy Frog and I were unable to come to a professional customer service decision on my concerns and account. I originally only wanted to close out the remainder of my contract without penalty. I have three more month contract ends in June, 2018. This review and the reason for wanted to close out my account had nothing to do with money on my end but rather integrity and Crazy Frogs business ethics. However according to Cassie (manager) I quote "you expect us to lose out on a lot of money" leaves me to assume it's all about the money and not the actual integrity of their staff and services. So here is the brake down of my longer review. 1. Not satisfied with services and or effectiveness of their products. 2. Not satisfied or confident in them actually servicing my home although I still get billed each month $30. 3. Several of their technicians claim they serviced my home yet when they arrive they themselves mention they don't remember my yard or home. 4. Robert claims he is a manager but Customer Service and Cassie (manager) claim he is not and has no control or authority over customer accounts. Robert told me he was a manager when I requested contact information to speak to a manager. After explaining my concerns he apologized on behalf of Crazy frog and said he would close out my account. Later I find out he didn't do what he promised and that he is not a manager, although Cassie did try and claim he is a manager but not one that apparently has any authority or responsibility. 5. Crazy frog according to Robert and Cassie like to attempt to resolve customer dissatisfaction by apparently asking you to take their word and that they operate the business on assumptions and as a customer that should be good enough. 6. Originally had questioned Robert on him ever being at my house and actually completed any services. He lied about doing my recent service on 19 February. Never showed up I called customer service they said he went to wrong house because some lady talk to him and said she had no clue about the appointment. After rescheduling with customer service for a new appointment I get an email from Crazy Frog claiming services were completed. This is why I question the company integrity and business ethics. Robert admits to me he went to wrong house yet he has been to my house in the past because he remembers a mail package at my front door. Really that's what you want me to believe and gain my trust back. NO! You are not doing this for free I'm paying and when I catch you lying to me you simply say my bad. Not professional, dependable, or trustworthy is what I see. 7. After a weeklong of requesting to speak to manager I finally do and all she can do for me is give me 3 options. Cassie tells me after going back and forth several times that the options I have are the following. 1. I could keep paying for services and complete the remainder of my contract with one month being credited, 2. I could pay one final month of services and she would close out the account however I had to sign a contract stating that I would not speak negative or make public the non-integrity and poor business ethics Crazy frog operates with. 8. I decline to do so and pay the $279 fee to cancel and close out my account. I did this simply because I feel that I owe the people and community of the El Paso, Ft. Bliss, and Las Cruces area a true inside look of how this company conducts business. I feel that if a company is trying to bully you and in this case now bye me out for my silence on not making any negative remarks or reviews on how they conduct business they have something to hide. 9. Crazy frog continued to ask me during our entire conversation to just trust them and believe their assumptions because apparently this is how they operate with assumptions. Negative an old saying we used a lot in the military is "an assumption only makes an ass out of you and me so let's not get in the habit of being asses". In the end this is my experience with Crazy Frog it's your money and your decision on doing business with them I just wanted to give you a clear picture of what you may expect once under contract. At this point I would say save your money and yourself from a huge headache and find another service provider. I believe Crazy Frog has expanded their footprint to Washington state now. They have small office in Renton Washington. Anyhow, I was skeptical about the service when they knocked at our door one evening. We took the chance, and quite please at this moment. I will provide update later in terms of the pest control effectiveness. We only got the initial treatment inside, and outside. They will return in one month for another outdoor treatment. As far as services, they are courteous and prompt on their appointment. The crew is very helpful and friendly. read more

Everything started off great when I signed up July 2016 in Kennewick WA. They came when they said they would and did a good job eliminating the significant infestation of insects & bugs I had outside.
