This company is awful and dishonest. They took $450 out of our account AFTER we sold our house, moved to Europe andcancelled our contract and we were up to date on payments when we cancelled. They were rude when we called. They still have not refunded our money. read more

He arrived right on time was polite, professional and took the time before he started to make sure I knew exactly what he would be doing today as well as reconfirming the planned schedule for our future scheduled applications. The young that came to my was very professional, but does not go into what their going to charge you every month even when you won't having any services done. I didn't like that they want a voided check before they were coming to spray my home for the first time. Also they want you to sign their tablet not a paper copy that you can look at before signing. So Shelby came yesterday which was June 3, 2021. She let me know that they were worried I was going to stiff them for the payment. I told her I don't gave payment until service are completed. So I called today to cancel all services. I was charged $300.00 today. I told the young lady on the phone today June 4, 2021 should only be charged for services as of yesterday. Which was $130.00. I'm going to get in touch with my bank to make sure that they don't keep charging my checking account. read more

This is a dishonest company that forged my signature for a two year contract on a computer generated form. I signed up for a month to month and was told I could cancel anytime. When I wanted to quit my service, they told me I had to pay 200 dollars to quit my service, When I asked for the document I signed, I was sent a computer generated form, not an image of the actual hard copy form I signed. It was sickening to see my signature forged. I am contacting the BBB and the attorney general in regards to this company. If I could, I would attach the computer generated form that "I signed" with the most outrageous fake signature I have seen. read more

This Company refuses to take "no" for an answer. Politely tell them no and they will Be back knocking on you door a week or month later. They have complete disregard for "no soliciting" signage and are often rude when called out as to why they felt they needed to knock or ring the bell anyhow. I wouldn't hire them based on this lack of courtesy alone. read more

We signed up for their services in May of last year and everything was going well until the spring hit this year. The spring in Idaho is always windy, the weather can't make up it's mind...this company will make sure they get their money and THEN SOME from you. They will charge every month regardless of how many times they reschedule during peak bug season. We have a really bad wasp problem where we live and a very curious, outdoorsy 3 year old...and this company has rescheduled more times than they've been out to spray, always because there's a small gust of wind, or it's rained and once because I was having roof work done and a small generator was in front of the garage. Since we've had the service last May they come out every 3 months which equates to 4 times in the past year, MIND YOU, I pay every single month. Those last 4 times they've reschedule 6-8x's and since I've cancelled they charged me $100...so I've paid $640 PLUS a startup fee for a headache, wasp nests everywhere on the ground, and a minimal amount of services. I'll be contacting the BBB about this. Do NOT hire these people unless you want to pay outrageous amounts of money to them for crap service. read more

My first time getting the service with evergreen. I liked how friendly and patient explaining their service to me were. The chemicals they use are pet friendly, which I was concerned as I have a salt water fish tank. However, my house did not smell anything at all and noticed dead bugs outside right away.
