Wonderful selection and great Customer Service. Eager to answer any question you may have, no matter how silly they may be. Listen to Customer Stories and have very interesting ones to tell themselves. They make you feel like you are the reason they are open, while true, not many places make Customers feel this welcome. Very knowledgeable about their product and have one of the best selections I've seen in a Store in Arkansas. Very clean and organized. Will definitely be back as often as I can. read more

The store has a poor selection, products are overpriced and pushed on you, the staff is fraty, and both customers and staff members frequently don't wear masks. One staff member was loudly talking about a party they had just been to, and I did not feel safe shopping in their store. I tried to get a gift for a loved one for Christmas. I came in the week of thanksgiving and was PROMISED by staff that the item would be ordered and in store by Christmas. I heard nothing for weeks, but hoped it was just taking a while to get the item. 2 days before Christmas, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was informed that my item was NEVER EVEN ORDERED. Staff attempted to make it up to me, but I was told that now the item was out of stock from their distributor, so I had to wait until it was in stock. I was told they would take care of me and promised that they wanted to help their customers. They didn't. It's May, the color of the item I want is still not there, but who knows if they had ordered it on time if it was in stock then. I called and was told one price a couple weeks ago, but now they're charging me $10 more after my "discount". $13 off doesn't really help much when you ruined a Christmas gift, due to poor management. They have some nice stuff, but don't take care of their customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere. read more

I would advise anyone that is interested in smoke/vape shops to avoid this place like the plague! Each time I have been there, I was sold defective products. Unlike every other local smoke/vape shop, all of which guarantee their products for at least 30 days, Crazy J's guarantees absolutely nothing that they sell. Two of the 3 items that I purchased there were defective. After several visits and phone calls, the owner's "solution" was to offer me 25% off of replacement products that he did not even have in stock. He didn't seem to understand that 25% off of nothing is nothing! Also, each time that I visited, there were two other customers, and two workers...I am disabled, they knew that I was waiting and could not sit or stand for very long, yet I was completely ignored by the staff for well over 30 minutes each time. I will never go back there, and I hope that you won't go there, either. That is no way to treat your patrons, or to build a loyal customer base...that's just "business 101"! read more
