Reply to the employee that wants to blame me for their misuse of my card. One of the employees asked for the card number and did not tell me that he was going to use a 3rd party site to pull credit. I would have thought that a credit repair site would have their own access to the credit reporting sites. I complained about this directly to the company. This had EVERYTHING to do with the company you work for. But don't take my word for it. Have a look at the other reviews. One shill review praising the company and every other review is one star. EVER OTHER REVIEW. I find it disgusting that you would call a former customer a liar or simply try to gaslight them into believing that something completely different happened. Horrible. My credit is worse now than when I started. Yes they deleted accounts and then added them back so now it looks like I have accounts for less than 3 years when I've had these accounts for over 10 years. Do not use this company. I can never get anyone on the phone or to return my calls!!! They say they have a money back guarantee but I'm sure if I ever get ahold Of them they'll get out of that too!! All i have to say is if you really need help to get your credit back in good standing in a 6 month time frame versus all the other places out there i have called to get answers online as well as other local agencies that told me in the past it would take one to two years then this is the place to go. They were also able to help me with an easy payment plan as i did not have a lot of money upfront to get started which was affordable . Yes i procrastinated and worried the past couple of years on taking action for myself to get my credit right and boy am i glad i finally got off my butt and did something about it and with the right company. Their professionalism and knowledge on how to get my credit from the low 500's to the lower 700's enabled me to be able to buy that dream home i have been wanting and get a much better rate on my mortgage loan and not only did they get my credit standing better to get that lower rate, they even had a network of mortgage companies and realtors to help me with a new home purchase so i feel as if i got a lot of bang for my buck. Could not get a response from customer care when billing issues arose. Finally had to cancel the service and change my bank account #. Still no response until they couldn't get money from me. At that point the bullying started. Mr. Guy Sheridan proceeded to tell me I wasn't a "man of my word." I should "grow up and stop running from my responsibilities." Then, in what I assume was a threat of some kind; said "Remember. I've seen your credit report." I don't know what that means, but I've never seen an organization so unprofessional, Run from these people. Gordon and his crony, Ron Murcheson, with Flagstar Bank, are nothing but scam artists who take people's money, and then stop communicating with them. Do NOT do business with these people. IT'S A SCAM. Do Not waste your money. I have paid my last payment to CRE. This was a $1600 lesson. Like other, my credit score went down. One of their representatives are going over my credit report and the is telling me all of the charges that they have removed however, while he is feeding me this BS. I am looking at my credit score online and nothing has been removed. Again, guys don't use this company. The entire company is a scam, they offered to help me remove incorrect items on my credit. I had paid off debt and they said how the companies were listing the items was incorrect and it affect my credit score. Even with 40 years and 30 pages of unblemished credit, my application to refinance my mortgage was denied in 2013 because I was a co-signer on my daughter's mortgage that went into default. In February 2014, I contracted with CRE to repair my credit specific to my daughter's foreclosure that was being reported on my credit. Between February 2015 and June 2016, CRE worked diligently on the OneWest entry on my credit that they believed to be the derogatory damaging my credit, and claimed it had been removed from all three bureaus. In May 2016 I contracted to purchase a new home and applied for a new mortgage. The Automated Underwriting System (AUS) tagged my application as "Refer/Eligible" and forwarded it to Fannie Mae for review, where it is currently stalled while I, the agents, and the sellers wring our hands. Turns out, CRE failed to correctly identify the derogatory that was damaging my credit: Citibank (CIT Bank) acquired OneWest in July 2014, and is currently reporting my daughter's payments as past due even though the OneWest mortgage was refinanced with Ocwen in March 2014. Clearly, this is a blatant error on my credit report that CRE was not sophisticated enough to recognize. CRE claims "We address the account with the credit bureaus to see if they are able to verify the account is reporting accurately, and if not to delete it or correct it. If they validate that the account is accurate and verifiable to the credit bureaus, they are able to keep it on the credit report for 7 years form date of last activity." I requested a refund from CRE of one half of the $1,200 I paid to have my credit repaired, and I received a rambling email from "Brandon" claiming they did their job but would send me a refund of $74. My advice to those seeking to have their credit repaired is to save your money. If your credit can be repaired by the "credit bureau harassment method" then maybe it's something to consider, but if the issue is complex, CRE is not equipped to handle it. read more

Chad was the representative who I worked with at CRE. He was low pressure and very informative in his explanation of the program. I have some damage to my credit from a previous relationship, and hardship I experienced. Chad and his team were able to get several of these old accounts deleted from my credit reports. Don't do it !- I should have listened to my gut, and not start with these people after dealing with the high pressure CSR - Joe. One of my scores *DROPPED* 100 points...YES I am not even kidding. My credit is worse now than when I started. They removed some items, but later they re-appeared as new accounts. When I called and asked for an update, and questioned what exactly had been removed, I NEVER got a response. I had later asked for them to work with me on one payment, and they refused claiming they could not, and I should have called them sooner, they even went to the extreme saying they emailed me in response, but didn't realize I emailed them a DAY later than their so called email was dated. One of the many lies..... So when I asked for a refund as per their 100% Guarantee/Satisfaction Policy (which is a total lie, BTW) I was ignored, and no response to my calls/voicemails. So then, after they accidentally sent me someone else's personal information along with their banking info/social security/DOB- I decided to put a stop to them charging my credit card by cancelling it, and guess what, NOW they harass me via email, text, and phone messages on my cell and work! They have even said they are going to FILE LAWSUIT against me for breech of contract. So I took the next step and have reported them to the FTC. FTC told me to not communicate with them, and keep any and all emails/voicemails from them, which I have. PLEASE- Read all the horrible BBB and Yelp Reviews. Save your time, and hard earned money. There is no quick fix to getting your scores up, wait for items to get old and dispute them yourself, make sure you are current on any new accounts you may have and get a prepaid credit card that reports to the 3 credit companies, and you will be OK within a couple of months. read more

5 months into this program. I think I've done more leg work then they have. My credit score has actually decreased. Yes that's right decreased. I've paid $1600 for my score to go down considerably. They over promise and make you feel like you are making the right decision but once they've got your money and you signed a contract you are stuck. No where near what they told me they would do. The people that answer the phone seem clueless. They say you'll get your money back if you aren't satified, but they have a way around that as well. IT'S A SCAM. My credit is much better!!!! My cousin did the program as well and her scores went from 500s to high 600s, now she is all the way up to 700. She went from having creditors calling all the time to no calls and couldn't even get an auto loan...now she's just qualified for a hefty home loan as well! :) read more
