They say you're dealing with the owner to make you feel like you're being taken care of but it's a scam. This will be my last reply to Ryan before I waste any more of my time First off I didn't threaten to write a bad review. I specifically wrote that my purpose wasn't to bash Creactive, but to tell the truth, which unfortunately was a bad experience. In fact, his last email to me seemed more like a threat. Now, when I signed up with creative I originally asked for my website to be done in 7 days and they agreed. Then I felt bad for rushing them, so I agreed to 10 days. Only when it was getting close to the 10 day deadline that Brittany, their writer and one of the the nicest people despite some of the stuff she said told me that they needed more time because they have other websites to work on and websites usually takes longer than promised. I was pissed, but I told her that that would be okay if I was told that ahead of time because I planned my schedule around the 10 day deadline. I told all of my friends, family and potential clients that my website would be launched some time the week of Sept 14th. Well I basically had to announce to everyone that I lied. As for my "demeanor" well yeah I was frustrated, stressed, anxious, etc, you know the common feelings new business owners get when they don't have a website to present to their potential clients weeks before their grand opening. My emotions might have seeped through in my emails, but I was never rude to Brittany. Andrew was the person who called me and signed me up. Brittany was the person I emailed back and fourth with and spoke to the most, and I spoke to Ryan once. The only other time I've communicated with him was through emails after he dropped me as a client as far as I remembered. Majority of the time I'M the one reaching out to them. I was also the one who reached out when they decided to extend my deadline from 10 days to 15 days. Again, it would have been fine if I got a heads up, but it was upsetting to wonder if I never reached out to them would they even have bothered to tell me that they needed more time on my website? Just to clarify, I don't want the website, but I need something to show people until I can create a new website. I want the domain. The domain is basically the name of my business, Serene LIfe Spa and since I refuse to buy back my domain, I have to come up with a different domain. The website has pretty much been created, and I was promised a refund and the website if I was unhappy. Look, if I just wanted a free website out of this I would have let them finished it, and then let them know my feelings, but instead I let them know before they had the chance to complete my website. I told them how I felt, what I wanted, and gave them an option to continue to work with me or not because say, if they didn't, then at least they didn't spend the extra time finishing my website. I did it out of courtesy knowing that it wouldn't benefit me. Out of courtesy, I think I should have been given the domain. A lot of people are probably thinking it's only $29 just buy it back, but at this point it's not even about the money it's the principal. From what it seems like money is a big deal to Ryan. Making me feel bad by him and his team consistently reminding me that I'm paying less than everyone else is apparently not enough, so he had to make sure the whole world know exactly how good of a deal I was getting. To be honest, I would rather pay more if it meant I would have been more valued as a customer. Ultimately, I don't think Creactive understood where I was coming from as a new business owner. I explained to them why a good website is so important to me and I guess I will explain it here. I am young and starting a business so I don't have the finance to rent a prestige location which is super important in the spa industry. I believe in my services and ability so I found something affordable in a not so good location. I have a 0 percent chance of ever seeing a walk in client, so my website is the first impression of my spa. My website have to impress the potential client enough to want to give me a chance. I will admit I am a perfectionist and I am picky because I care so much about my business. And because of that I hold a very high standard. I'm also a girl (not trying to disrespect girls because I am one too obviously) so my first reaction when I see something I don't like is to freak out. I probably could have said some nicer things in my emails to the web designers so i want to apologize to them. I've seen your other work, you guys are great, it's just unfortunate it didn't work out for me. My opinion stays the same about Ryan. Totally worthless company that's full of empty promises. After paying thousands of dollars, I have finally decided to separate myself from them. They haven't done anything! No work at all! We have been paying them for almost a year now and we were better off before they got involved. They never answer the phone when I call, and they don't have real answers for my questions; I am simply told that they will "run the numbers." Creactive was a total waste of time and money. We were told that our website would be simple, that customers would be coming out of ears after everything was set up. 9 months later and nothing, no progress and I have yet to hear a customer say that they learned of us from our website. Ripoff Report: Sad to say but i was ripped off by this company! After searching around for a reputable SEO company, I feel for Andrew's sales tactics! Don't belive the hype... dont fall for any of it! He made a bunch of promises from waiving the free for redesigning my web site to managing my G maps account and managing my AdWords account for me. And local Seo at half price! Well when it sounds to good to be true it must not be true! Nun of the quoted work happend! And the work they did do was at least a week late! No new web site! Just 4 short paragraph were added! And they created 2 new pages to put them on. Zero SEO was done, i mean nothing! No meta, no structured data, zero key words, no alt text on pictures they added. In fact I use Yost diy seo plugin for WP, and after creactive worked on my site my ranking went DOWN! And to add insult to injury after signing up with creative and Andrew I attempted to contact Andrew at least a dozen times emails phone calls messages on his answering machine messages with his assistant and staff, none of which were ever really responded to. read more

I have a long history with Creactive; five years to be exact. I have personally worked with both Ryan and Andrew, the owners, as well as multiple people on their staff. I am not a frequent review poster, but recently had something so disappointing happen, I feel I need to share my experience to prevent others from being blindsided. Several months ago, I made a change to my logo. I requested the change be made on Creactive's end and was met with pushback about logo sizing. I requested to speak with the gentleman working with me and he flatly refused to speak on the phone with me, stating he was too busy. After being given the run-around, I emailed him back saying I would prefer them not send anymore customers to me for a reference, and that I was considering terminating my account. I would like to add here that in the past five years, I have provided numerous references, allowed potential customers to call me, etc. to help Creactive promote and grow their business. In response to this email, one of the owners, Ryan, emailed me stating that my account would be closed and that he "looked forward to working with another windows and doors company in Dallas." I was completely flabbergasted. I immediately tried to call to speak with Ryan as well emailing him, then after no response, began searching out a new hosting company. Several days later, the other owner, Andrew called to discuss what had happened and why I wanted to leave. He ASSURED me that if I were to stay with Creactive, he would personally handle my account from this point on, offered me a discount, and gave me his cell number. A lady from Creactive called after I spoke with Andrew, asking if I would post a positive review online. I told her that I needed some time before I would be ready to do this. Then, days later, while on vacation, I received a call out of the blue from a potential customer, stating that he had been given my information to provide a reference. In shock, I told him I wasn't comfortable being a reference point, and that I was in a mending phase with Creactive. Let me be clear that I told the customer nothing of my experience and said nothing negative about Creactive. The next day, I received yet another email from Ryan stating that he was terminating my account on the 8th because I was "obviously unhappy." I called Andrew to discuss and he said he would check on the situation and then inquired as to why I wouldn't complete a review for them as asked. I never heard anything back from him after that, after trying to call and text numerous times. I have since placed my business elsewhere. Never in my 17 years of management in the car business, nor in my 6 years as a business owner, have I encountered such unprofessional behavior. WORST COMPANY EVER !!! They will duck and dodge you rather than face the situation and deal with it. I've been trying to get my money back for months now and I wish I never went with this company. I've scheduled for a call back from their automated website response multiple times and set up a time and sat around just for a big ass serving of disappointment. If your trade isn't competitive yeah they can make you list and rank. They described mine as highly competitive and basically admitted they couldn't make mine visible. But they didn't refund my money or anything they dodged me. So thank you Ryan I really do not appreciate your services and I don't appreciate how cowardly your company is ran. Why would you be ducking and dodging my calls ? Do you not feel like dealing with the situation? Your phone number says it's a disconnected number for all three of your phone numbers. Why would you listen to a customers voicemail and rather than picking up the phone and making a call you would rather take the low road and tuck tail and pretend you didn't just blow a customer off intentionally by blocking my number. You hunt down companies with amazing reviews and honestly your customers hold them selves to a higher standard than you hold your company to. Your lack of action past the out the gate got them signed up stage speaks volumes of how poorly this company is ran and how cowardly it was to do what you did. I wish I had better things to say about your company. I put my trust in your words and it cost me business to switch and go with crapactive so you didn't just cost me the monthly fee you wasted my listing and ranking time and lost revenue from the other companies actual results that were making a return on investment. Thousands and thousands of dollars were lost because of the all talk and no game. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing it was to work with this company. I wouldn't let them auto draft your account I would have a 30 day check up on them and hold their hand every step of the way and stay on top of it. It's clear their heads are overinflated and they think their hot shit but in my experience I feel like their cold crap. I can't believe they would do that to a customer. So let's go on and hear Ryan's defense about how that wasn't what happened and these statements aren't true.
