This cute tiny café at the end of an upscale outdoor shopping mall has a well-rounded menu of beverages and light bites. I stopped in for a caramel frappe and it was by far the best I've ever had. The whipped cream alone was dreamy. It was seven dollars, which is very reasonable for Los Cabos and the uber-luxurious Palmilla area. Service was fast and friendly. We got some pancakes for kids and I got a smoked salmon which was ok, nothing great. We came for the pizza- which is always a good size for my husband and I to share and tastes pretty good. They make excellent crepes for dessert. They are my husband's favorite! He got the banana and caramel with whipped cream at our last visit. He can't stop talking about them. I have tried the cappuccino as well and it was delicious and perfectly hot. My husband got the pineapple lemonade and he loved it. The cafe is usually very busy at lunch and dinner. We usually sit inside, but the flies can get bad. The doors open and close too much for them to stay outside where they belong. I wish they could do something to curb the amount of flies that are coming inside. read more

They don't have GF options so my husband couldn't eat anything from here. We ordered the all met pizza for the boys as my older kiddo said, "it's ok, but we've had better ones before." Today I went to Cream Cafe for breakfast. I went last Friday too but didn't take pics. I had a very nice waiter Ricardo both times. Last week I ordered a Cobb Salad with a side of French Fries. It was pretty good. Today I ordered Machaca Eggs with a side of fries. Let me say, their fries are really good. Shoestring fries, crispy. Comes with a side of ketchup. Today: The Machaca and fries were not hot when I got them. I had asked that the fries be hot and crispy. Hmm... weird because I was sitting next to the kitchen. I brought my Maltese dog CaboWabo both times. I ordered chicken for him last time, and today steak. He wouldn't eat it there but at home he was fine eating the leftovers. Anyway, long story short. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Food takes a long time. Then it's lukewarm warm. Really I'd like to give them a better review, Ricardo is very nice. Adorable pastry cafe with crepes and pizza if you're craving a bit more than a croissant. Wonderful staff, great for both indoor and outdoor seating with gorgeous flowery landscaping. Cream cafe had me coming back for more nearly every morning of our vacation! I loved everything that this adorable cafe had to offer and the perfect location in Palmilla. Service was welcoming every morning that my husband and I walked in. A bustling place and for obvious reasons! Service has no problem keeping up with the heavy flow of guests that enter the cafe. Delicious cappuccino. I really enjoyed the dirty chai too! We didn't realize our first visit that the cafe offered more than pastries. A few mornings later, the breakfast plates being served caught our attention. Back the next day for breakfast and enjoyed very yummy avocado toast. Super cute cafe that has the perfect combination of bakery and cafe vibe. We were captivated by the orange chiffon cake and it exceeded expectations. Every bite was perfect and we paired it with the Greek yogurt ice cream and cappuccino. The staff was chill, helpful and friendly. Service was fast and it was busy but not crowded. That was perfectly fine but we ended up sitting for what seemed like an eternity after getting 1 bottle of still water and 1 soda drink. We ended up changing our minds and leaving and the bill for 2 beverages was 330 pesos... $20. I am from Los Angeles, babe, if anyone understands outlandishly overpriced restaurants it's me. I have never paid $20 for a bottle of still water in my LIFE. Oh and we were also mauled by mosquitos while sitting waiting for the bill that never arrived, so dengue fever is in the queue. nsect issue/flies/undermanaged So my first time to Cream in Pamilla in search of Great Pizza in Dan Jose. Very dissatisfied with the pizza and the establishment. I still haven't found good pizza in San Jose unfortunately after several attempts. Cream uses bread dough instead of pizza dough, please look it up on the internet what the difference is Cream. Also use better ingredients, I don't even think thats real mozzarella cheese. Not good. Lastly and most importantly I counted 20 flies on the front glass of your door that were taking turns dive bombing my food. I asked the waited to tell the boss or owner and he never came back for a response. After asking him about the owner or manager he said they are not in today. I blame the manager for not leav8ng someone in charge and 2nd for not training the staff on basic cleanliness of a resturant. The flies where also all over the food prep area because I saw the lady prep person swatting at them too. Lastly I blame the owner for not caring about food quality or their own restaurant. Thats a high rent district so you need locals to eat there. My 2 cents, try improving on the dough, use better ingredients and charge more to pay for the added cost. Believe me we will pay for better products. Hire a new manager that cares more than you do. Still in search of good food in San Jose. read more

Hidden in the corner of the Palmilla Shops is this understated establishment. The pasta is some of the best in Mexico! All the pasta and bread are made daily in house. The servers are all very nice and more than happy to check on you but also willing to let you enjoy a leisurely meal whether inside or on the patio. read more

I was torn between a fresh green juice or iced coffee, but the previous night's shenanigans/long day ahead directed me towards the caffeinated option. My gal pal wasn't a fan of her cafe - she said the beans tasted burned - but was content with her chocolate croissant. ...And who wouldn't be? That was some delicious gluten for sho'. read more

When I called at 5 though they were more than happy to have us stop by & pick up pizza to go, everyone there was so kind even though they were trying to close early! The pizza and spaghetti were perfect, as was the coconut lemonade though the pineapple lemonade was a bit weird. Cream is a cute little coffee spot in the Palmilla / One and Only community. This coffee shop is located off the highway in the Shoppes at Palmilla center. My favorite parts about Cream: The ambiance is great! There is a beautiful outdoor shaded seating area will tables surrounded by greenery. It is a very quaint place to have a relaxing morning coffee or pastry. Great for groups! My least favorite parts about Cream: The service STINKS. While the baristas are very friendly, they constantly forget an order, get an order wrong, double charge you, forget to charge you, say they will be closed when they are actually open, take their sweet time making you regular coffee (yes all these events actually occurred). I think this place needs better management. Anywho, still didn't stop me from going back several times. I have not tried the food on the menu, but you are able to get many egg dishes (huevos rancheros, scrambled/fried eggs, and breakfast pastries). read more

So far, the best latte I have had since being in Cabo. A relatively small place which focuses on coffee. The temperature of the drink was good and some small latte art was produced.
