On my last visit I was talking to the person at the counter about the way I mix my different juices to get the perfect vape for my taste and he recommended and he recommended a juice I had not heard of called "DRGN SPIT" which is made with dragon fruit with a menthol rich kick made by Beast ejuices and he was spot on, it is outstanding. While it has 6mg of nicotine I like mine a little higher so no problem. You can buy a Sapphyre Nic pack for $1.50 that you add to the bottle, the pack adds 6mg to a 30mil bottle, 3mg to a 60mil bottle, etc. They are not allowed to mix the nic pack for you but it's easy. They also will give you additional supplemental liquids, like in my case pure menthol, so you can further customize your juice, nice. The store is very well stocked with a huge selection of vape juices, lots of new vapes, parts, supplies and basically everything you need for your vaping needs. They don't sell anything else like other shops, they just do one thing right. I highly recommend this business located in a strip mall next door to the UPS store with lots of parking. The store is so clean and the display cases are arranged step by step So that there is little confusion when you are ready to kick the stinky habit and switch to a healthier alternative! I have seen two different sales pitches, one with a step by step pricing, which can be very overwhelming, and the other with a whole package pricinge. Its a little steep to get started but the switch quickly pays for itself and then you go to saving SO MUCH MONEY! Create a Cig has an endless amount of flavors and can make any flavor you could imagine (insert Sonics drink flavor combinations jingle here). They will sit with you and allow you to try any flavor before you buy and they have a 7 day flavor guarantee. They also have many different Vapes to choose from so that you can pick one to fit your need or lifestyle, and like everything else here, it is all customizable! I also have to give a shout out to their customer service, in a time when that seriously lacks in our society they have definitely picked up the slack. Create A Cig is now my go-to vape store. I had become kind of fed up with Vaporwize and their shenanigans (read my review them if you want to know why) and had no idea this place existed until joining yelp. It's not perfect, but good lord is it better than Vaporwize. Join me for Pros and Cons. Let's get cons out of the way: CONS: - Like Vaporwize, they do their flavors using the eyeball method. Its not a huge deal, but sometimes there are slight differences in flavor when one employee tries to recreate a flavor that another made. BUT they do keep a log of custom flavors they make for you, so the difference is way less than their competitor. - They are a little unorganized. Both times I've had to wait a few extra minutes while they picked up several bottles trying to find a certain flavor. Not a huge deal, but don't expect to get in and out rapid fast. - No visible prices. One thing VW does that CAC needs to do is have the prices for everything out in the open. I hate having to constantly ask "How much is this?" - Prices. Their pricing is about the same as VW. Down in Florida (I dunno about anywhere else, maybe online too), liquid is more than a few dollars cheaper. But they do run weekly specials and their rewards program sends a lot of coupons and small freebie stuff. PROS: - The staff. These guys are FFriendly. That's two F's for a double dose of that friendship. Where the staff at VW seems constantly annoyed by you, the folks at CAC are super accommodating. Again, don't go if you're in a hurry or have somewhere to be, they will chat you up for an hour if you let them. On my first visit, Kyle was extremely patient helping me create my flavor. Which reminds me... - Flavor creation. These guys aren't just happy with just letting you try some premade stuff. They actively try to mix up something you will really like. Kyle mixed up various concoctions before I found what I liked and genuinely seemed to enjoy experimenting with the flavors. And if you buy some and end up not liking it, they have a 7 day return policy! - General atmosphere. I would compare CAC to Cheers and VW to whatever the Soup Nazi's soup kitchen was called. That's all I can think of at the moment. While I listed more Cons than Pros, I feel like the Pros almost negated my list of nitpicks. I highly suggest going there. read more

I have been coming to this store for several months now and I really like it. I use to go to a different e-cig store in town for all of my supplies but I have switched to this one. They have a really great selection of juice. The inventory of set-up they carry is geared more toward mod users verses standard equipment users like myself. That doesn't bother me though, I will keep coming back for the juice. The best thing about this store is the staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to a hand full of businesses like these here in Memphis, and while traveling. I have found that, in general, the staff at these places are less than interested in helping customers. If you have questions, forget it. They are usually clueless or they just don't give a damn. That is NOT the case at Create A Cig in Memphis. Very knowledgeable and you can tell they're serious about not only setting customers up with the right products, but educating as well. They mix their own flavors and love making up different combinations. After trying a few I got a bottle of "Breakfast of Champions" that I'm really enjoying. The staff is helpful, friendly, and patient. I went in a couple of days ago and was completely new to the concept of e-cigarettes. I just knew that I wanted to quit smoking tobacco cigarettes. The girl behind the counter (I wish I got her name) made some great suggestions and worked to make sure I didn't spend too much money. After I bought my V8 stick, she sat down with me and showed me exactly how to use it. She went step by step in showing me how to take care of it, prime it, and use it. So, the next day, I took my girlfriend with me and she bought one. Again, the staff sat down with her and went through the step by step process. The guys working there seem nice enough, but I went in only asking for a new sub ohm tank that didn't leak because the one I had from another store did when turned on its side. A guy said he had just what I needed and then proceeded to sell me a $50 tank that has done nothing but leak way worse than the last one I had did. This one leaks all the time even just standing up on the battery end. I go to bed and wake up to see a little puddle of ejuice under my device every morning. I followed the user directions to the T from day one, looked up possible solutions online that didn't work, and have heard from many sources online that these just often leak. I brought the tank back and told them the issue and they told me a couple more possible solutions, which also didn't help, so maybe I just have a faulty one? I asked if there was anything they could do for me, like maybe swap it out or refund me so I can get something else? I'd only had this one for about 3 weeks... The guy at the counter said "unfortunately, no", but he can sell me another new $50 tank that shouldn't leak for $5 off the price! Whoohoo! No thanks... He also said he doesn't know why the other guy sold me that one as one that wouldn't leak because they are known to do so. I just went online and bought that same $50 tank that he offered for $25 and I won't be back to Create-a-Cig. I guess replacing a $50 tank wasn't worth keeping my wife and I as customers that would have been spending over $150 a month or more for potentially years. They sold me something with the same problem I was trying to get away from but worse then don't want to refund or swap out the faulty item. Just seems like bad business. read more

Decided to try to quit smoking so I went to create a cig and the employees were quick to great us and were very knowledgable about their products. My fiancé and I both purchased starter kits. I was very happy with the customer service and the friendliness of all the guys in there. It was also very cool that they let us sign our pack of cigarettes and put them on a wall with others. I visited your place a year ago while visiting my son. I live in California, ran out of my favorite juice while visiting and found your place. Been vaping for 3 years and have seen many shops open and also close due to mainly lack of employee knowledge or lack of inventory. When I visited Sat and a Sunday I was greeted great and was treated more like a friend then a customer. The juice I was craving they didn't carry, it wasn't a surprise since its hard to find in California also where I live, both days 2 different employees said no problem, we will blend you some up right now. That to me was way above the call of duty, the juice they blended in 2 minutes tasted great and was a complete duplicate from my now empty bottle. I am back in Tennessee and am going for another visit for some custom made juice since they no longer make mine... Will follow up this review after this visit this week. What a terrible store with awful customer service. I stopped in to buy some juice and the guy behind the counter tells me he doesn't have any bottles so he can't sell me juice. He said they did have two brands but he doesn't recommend them and I could come back tomorrow because they might have bottles. Meanwhile I look at the bottom shelf and there's suicide bunny right there which is not a brand he named. I had a friend pickup a battery on Fri 19 Feb. when he brought it home it was $32.96. It was so overpriced I thought it was a mistake. When he tried to return it today he was told the price was correct and he wouldn't refund the money. This battery was one that sells for $6.50 on he internet with free shipping and $12.50 at another vape shop. Well needless to say that I won't be buying my usual $50.00-75.00 a month with Create A Cig. I don't begrudge anybody a reasonable profit but that is insane.
