They have signs posted to clean machines/equipment after use - which SOME people (mostly older) do oblige. But for the most part the dumbells and kettle bells (OLD, peeling, and in need of replacement) are filthy! The padded floor in the area where you can stretch, work the battle ropes and boxing bag, is also very filthy. I cleaned a few handweights for my own use and was disgusted by the FILTH I found on the provided wipes I used before my own use. For the filth I rate it * star. After finding how dirty everything was, I quit frequenting this facility.

Roaches and crickets present plus small kids wander around with parents at times. Owners came one weekend but did not make an effort to meet or greet members. It needs to be completely redone as equipment is old. Walls have holes and bondo to fill some of them.

Very nice! Wonderful teacher. Lovely students. Great way to start the morning. Did a second class tonight at 6pm with Shelby that was kind of mind-blowing. It was YinVin, and I was in such a peaceful state of healing and ready to receive after an amazing retreat type day in Fredricksburg. Shelby was able to take me to my edges and assist me in lots of openers for my chest, heart, hips etc. She was able to help guide my body in some deep stretches which was such a bonus. She knew what my body needed more than I did, and even read the perfect passages at the end of class. Thank you Shelby! I'll def come back!
