This center has so many great options and very clean. The ladies at the front were friendly and helpful. They explained all the plans for me and gave me a tour of the vicinity. The options start with a basic plan that includes the machines and heated pool. The price goes up as you add 24 hour access and classes. There is also a family plan for a very reasonable price. The memberships are for a year or you have the option of doing a $15 day pass to try out if you are only briefly in town. The classes looked amazing, and I am definitely interested in their Tai Chi, stretching, and core workout classes. They have all different levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced to meet you at your level. I was impressed with the option for elderly to do a sit and fit and the water classes of all different levels. There is a room with a beautiful view used for certain classes. But when not in use, clients can go in and use this room for stretching and weights. I was impressed with how well maintained everything looked and how organized the areas for specific workouts were arranged. Getting healthy and fit can be such a joy when it's done through places like the Wellness center. read more

Lots of great equipment, the facilities are very clean and their staff is friendly. They have a great selection of classes and their 24 hour access is great if you have that membership level! They do offer day passes if you're in town and want access to a full gym. They're quick to register for and only cost $15. read more

The Wellness Center is a full service gym offering Cardiovascular, circuit strength, free weight equipment as well as an indoor aquatic facility with a fitness pool and a warm water therapy pool. We offer a variety of memberships including 24 / 7 access. Daily and monthly guests welcome. The equipment could use some updating, but there's never anyone in there to fight over what they do have. They also have a massage therapist on duty, who I totally plan on visiting as a non-food reward. Would recommend to anyone looking to pump some iron or get in shape:)

They have signs posted to clean machines/equipment after use - which SOME people (mostly older) do oblige. But for the most part the dumbells and kettle bells (OLD, peeling, and in need of replacement) are filthy! The padded floor in the area where you can stretch, work the battle ropes and boxing bag, is also very filthy. I cleaned a few handweights for my own use and was disgusted by the FILTH I found on the provided wipes I used before my own use. For the filth I rate it * star. Once we arrived, we found the tunnel is just the bottom of the start of the trail. While bats had migrated south for the winter, we did see a few flying inside. The trail is about a mile round trip. While we didn't hike it, it didn't appear too challenging. The lost challenging was probably walking down all thise steps to the tunnel. We'll have to make another trip during bat season to see the bats flying out of the cave

The park ranger was knowledgeable and interesting. Seating is outside, on log seats. Dress accordingly. Be sure to get there early, because tickets and seating is limited. You also want to have time to explore before the emergence begins. FYI as much as this is a good family event - you also have to be quiet (no talking) and sit still during the emergence, because noise or lights can scare the bats and cause problems...families with small kids need to keep this in mind, and if you don't think your child is able to keep quiet and relatively still for 30-45 min, this might not be the activity for you.
