I was able to make an appointment with Jaclyn. Jaclyn hooking me up is an understatement. This was more than a hairstyle; it was a transformation and Jaclyn did an AMAZING job. If you all remember, it's was negative 3, with the wind chill on Thursday. Nicole gave my hair a quick dry so that I wouldn't be leaving with wet hair, which was super sweet. Last Night I had my hair done at Guys and dolls hair salon. Danielle Cables booked my appointment…read moreat 4. I sat and waited 4 hours for her to do my roots and she didn't color my hair the way I wanted it to be. She chose to do it her way. She Is very unprofessional and tells me I flipped out on her when I just wrote her a note telling her how wrong it was what she did. She has worked at several different places complaining that her boss at The hair Doctor gave her a hard time. Then she started working at Sheer Dimensions for a while then decided to leave that salon. Now she currently works at Guys and dolls. She has a crappy attitude and I should be able to get my hair colored the way I want it to be colored and she shouldn't of been doing 3 other customer's hair while I waited 4 hours. If you are reading this Danielle you know I have always given you a good tip and you need to be more professional and stop booking appointments and then doing other customers hair. I shouldn't have to apologize for something you did wrong and messed up, so good luck staying at this hair place as you obviously can't stay in one place since you are very unprofessional.
