I worked with Denise as a career coach for a few months and ended up doing three phone sessions…read more Denise is friendly, professional, approachable, and talented women who I believe would relate well to a variety of people. She led me through a few exercises to help me better identify my goals in life and most important values. This was helpful to some extent but I never felt very clear about next steps. Denises' strategy is to help people believe in themselves and find their own track rather than just telling them, or advising them on what to do next. On the one hand, I believe there is a lot of power in Denises' approach and ultimately people have to be responsible for themselves and whatever career choices they make. On the other hand, as a professional career coach, I expected a little more feedback on what some good options or next moves for me might be. They are not trying to hire anyone just collect personal information off of unsuspecting people who are looking for a job.
