The adage you get what you pay for was wrong. We had to repeatedly pester the company to provide their proposal. When we finally got the proposal the design was lame and uncreative, nothing like the amazing work I see them showcase on Instagram. The proposal was also $$$ and didn't incorporate plan concepts discussed in-person. Total disappointment. But hey, the Insta photos look awesome. My advice, get a free consult from a contractor who wants your business and listens to you.

They didn't do any work, just showed up and talked to him which could have easily been done over the phone. We did not ask them to come out and cannot believe that they would charge $125 for a 20 min conversation: $375/hour!! Think twice before you pick up the phone to call them.

I was told by Micheal that I angered the guy on the mower because I tried to fix my own edge, imagine that, so he didn't care to leave clumps of grass in my yard And do a poor cut. They were supposed to bag every cut, Instead the next cut, which Micheal personally was going to handle thought it best to mow over and over the long clippings to make them go away. This is called thatch. A professional would know that. When I asked Micheal about the poor cutting and clumps his words were. I told you, you pissed the guy off So that's that. I have his text. Micheal ruined my edge himself and I asked him not to edge my yard anymore that day so it could grow back where it was hacked up, so he just came up and started to trim my yard anyway and I had to tell him to leave. They cut your lawn with bags on the mower, but the tube that is needed to collect the clippings is missing some days so they leave clumps. The only thing worse than Micheal Goods lawn service is Micheal Goods attitude with customer service. I have plenty of pics and correspondence texts from Micheal to verify this review. I'm sure I can find a professional lawn service in Ephrata area that can do the job with quality and have some manners towards the customer.

They came to cut my neighbor's yard after the people living there were evicted for selling drugs…read moreout of the house. I received a notification from my security camera that someone was on my property. When I looked outside, I saw the owner walking directly through my flowerbed. I went outside and told him not to walk through my flowerbed, and his response was, "I didn't know it was your property." How do you not know where the property lines are when you're there to cut the grass? The boundary is pretty obvious, especially when the grass on the other side is over 10 inches tall. And even if there was confusion about the property line, why would you walk through someone's flowerbed in the first place? To make matters worse, he told me he was going to leave the grass clippings on my side of the property. And, sure enough, he did. In my opinion, this was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand making an honest mistake, but once you're told you're on someone else's property, the appropriate response should be to apologize and correct it--not intentionally leave the clippings there. They didn't clean up the grass in my neighbors yard either. Just cut it & left it there, kinda wild. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
