We had our Service Berry tree shaped and trimmed along with a few other trees. We wanted the tree…read moreshaped like an egg and that's exactly what they achieved. Every time I drive up to our house it makes me smile to see the beautiful shape. They were professional and knowledgeable with the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB!!!…read more I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ONE HUNDRED STARS!!! I needed my two trees trimmed by the power lines. I hired this company expecting a better job than the free service provided by the electric company. I should have saved my money and let the tree trimmers from the electric company butcher my trees! He came to my house approximately one week prior to ask what I wanted trimmed and to provide a quote. I explained what I wanted trimmed and what I specifically did not want cut. He cut and removed everything I specifically said not to. The trees use to shade my driveway and protect the vehicles from the summer sun. He removed most of those branches despite my saying not to. The tree in front of my home use to provide privacy when sitting on my front porch. He completely thinned out / removed all small branches leaving the truck and a few big branches on that tree up to approximately 20 feet and stopped. It is totally bare up to 20 feet then it looks like nothing else was touched. I specifically said not to remove any of those branches because they provided privacy. It looks like someone went wild cutting all branches less than 6 inch across as far as their ladder could reach and then quit. That tree looks absolutely HORRIBLE! Every time I exit my front door I have to look at the tree he butchered. It gives me a sickening feeling every time I look at it!!! To top it all off, he missed several branches that are over and/or extremely close to the power lines. Trimming the branches near the power lines was the main job. I am temporarily crippled from an auto accident and can barely walk. What was the point of having me walk through the yard for over a half an hour explaining what I wanted trimmed if he was going to ignore what I said and do it his way? Actually, my instructions were only 5 or 6 sentences for the two trees. The rest of the time was small talk about my injury and how he healed himself of a similar injury. How hard is it to remember 5 or 6 sentences? It is going to take a decade, or most likely multiple decades, for the trees to regrow and provide the privacy and shade that my home, front porch, and driveway use to have. His inability to follow simple instructions has definitely lowered my property value. I would have made out better if I found some drugged out junky in need of a fix and gave him a hit off of a crack pipe to cut every branch I pointed to.

After many years of unsuccessfully trying to make my front shrubs look decent, I realized I needed…read moreto invest in a professional. I called Naturescapes and boy, did they deliver! When John Fridy came to meet in person and take a look at my front beds, I explained that I envisioned a pollinator destination that would grow into a lush garden in the years to come. John understood exactly what I was looking for, made an individualized plan, and returned - in person - with pictures of the plants he envisioned throughout my front walk. These included plants that would provide unique interest in the design process, were deer resistant, and would ensure something was in bloom throughout the spring and summer seasons. A few weeks later, he and his team of polite, careful, and professional individuals removed the existing shrubs and placed new shrubs and perennials, using healthy soils and mulch to ensure our new plants would thrive. The butterflies and birds are now all over my front yard! John is going to return in late fall to plant bulbs and is also coming back in the spring to make sure everything is growing beautifully and incorporate annuals. I could not be happier that I reached out to John and the Naturescapes team when I did. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Call John and the Naturescapes team! You will be so glad you did.

From the initial design stage,…read morethrough execution, John Friday and his hard working, professional crew have done an amazing job!! John looks at your property as an artistic palette and transforms it into something SO serene and magical. Every boulder/stone he brings in adds dimension, color and purpose to its placement in the gardens. I swear he must have a magic wand when he and the team built the most beautiful pond into my garden landscape. He will finish it off with an artistic nightscape to illuminate the uniqueness of your gardens, pond & trees. I miss having the fun, energetic crew around my home! Sharon
