Colin did such a great job that he is now our designated family stylist. The Fix Lounge is clean, comfortable, and cool and Colin is funny and easygoing. Five months, and still no photos. As described by another recent customer, we were married earlier…read morethis year, and still have not received anything. Empty promises and unreturned phone calls and emails. At this point I too am considering legal action. Update (I should have done this earlier): after several months, we finally received our photos. Since then, several other people have reached out to me to share that they have had similar experiences. The photos turned out excellent, but the post-event experience and lack of communication was dreadful.
