With the tracker I can see if it was opened, how long it was open for and where and if the email was successfully delivered or if the email failed to deliver. I sent emails to several different agents at UTA and the emails had trackers and not a single agent opened the emails! Not one! All the emails were successfully received/sent so I know the agent emails were valid. Does this mean the emails found online are not legit? Do they filter out messages from unknown people? Honestly, I think this is very rude and disgusting. Why can't they answer their emails or atleast read them! I highly recommend calling them instead.

They were dismissive, condescending, and even suggested I needed a 'buzz cut' despite me having no hair - clearly not paying attention to their own clients' profiles. When I escalated to the owner, Mike, he completely dismissed my concerns, defended his unprofessional employee, and essentially told me to leave if I didn't like it, even trying to blame my lack of bookings on 'industry-wide issues' while his company continues to collect fees. If you're looking for an agency that values its talent and provides actual support, Face2Face is not it. They'll happily take your money for years with minimal results and even worse customer service.

We thankfully found lots of available street parking with two-hour meters easily accessible by credit card right on Lankershim Boulevard, and our audition was early enough where we didn't have to worry about being towed in the late afternoon. The buildings in the area have large numbers so you can simply find the corresponding building that you need. Building 4144, where the studio is located, is in the rear. We simply parked on Lankershim Boulevard at a metered parking then walked thru the parking lot to get to building 4144. ASG Casting is located on the second floor. It's a small building so we easily took the carpeted staircase. There was an elevator available as well. The casting office is located at the end of the hall behind a couple of glass doors. There are many long benches outside of the office for you to sit while you wait your turn. I like the laid back feel to this casting agency in comparison to others that we have been to. There were lots of seating because only one casting was being held at that time, and it was a comfortable room to sit in and the wait time was very minimal.
