This was a great find. I was looking for a quote to install a cover for my new truck bed. I called and even sent a message on their website but no answer. So it was like 15 minutes from my house so went there and found out owner was at church. So I went to get something to eat. While eating I thought I should do business with someone like that When I came back met a very nice guy and he went through all the details and my options along with his recommendations as he looked at my truck Then I inquired about tinting my windows. I was then told their original building burned down and the first thing he set up was an enclosed space to do tinting. He said the guy he had was very good. Man was he right the tinting was exactly what I was looking for that all the windows looked the same and you can tell done by a professional. I am extremely happy with both projects and would highly recommend that you try Creative Boutique. I am really happy I found this place. All four stock speakers on one of my cars had shorted out and it was driving me mad not being able to listen to music on my 30+ minute commute every day. I took it to the dealer and they quoted almost $450 to replace all four. I'm not an audiogeek but that seemed a bit high, so I called Creative. I got four better than stock speakers plus installation, after tax, for $214. They work great, and the guys at the shop were really friendly and took care of my vehicle on the same day I dropped it off. read more

We have used Creative several times over the past fifteen years to install new audio equipment or to fix audio problems. They will warn you of any issues up front. I have found them to be honest, always on the cutting edge with new technology and truthful about the equipment installed. They warned me not to install an input jack through the irreplaceable body parts and came up with a terrific solution. Besides I love the owners German accent. I am not here to bash this business but would like to share my experience so others may avoid wasting their time. Took my 2015 Honda CRV for window tinting. Upon completion of the work, I noticed multiple areas where I was very dissatisfied; one window actually had a hole in the tint and the front window visor was not cut straight and was visibly crooked. I drove the car back to the shop and was told by Omar that the front visor was cut crooked because his guys have to do it freehand and it is very difficult. He admitted that the window with the hole must be defective tint and that he would replace it. There was also a gap in the driver side window which he said was normal because it is very hard to get it all the way to the end. The spots and air bubbles, he said would go away after it seals for three days. He told me to wait three days and to bring it back in and he would fix at least the defective tint on the driver side window. He said the rest of the problems should solve after the tint seals. We waited six days and brought it back in the shop. This was the worst tint job I have ever seen on any of my cars. Omar told me that I was picky and that I needed to be aware of Karma. He told me a story of a picky customer he once had. Is this appropriate customer service? I gave Omar this list of my dissatisfactions: Windows to fix : Back window Front windshield-crooked, air spots Passenger side window-defective-hole Driver side front window-air pockets/GAP Driver side back small window- air pockets Omar looked at this list and angrily told his guy to take all the tint off and that we would be given a refund. He did give us the refund which was expected. He said that I was picky and that I was unhappy with paying 325 dollars and just was not happy to pay. The truth is simple, I want a proper tint job without defective material. I do not want crooked lines. I don't want obvious air bubbles visibly present and I do not want gaps. I do not want to be told that I am picky and should be aware of karma. I was happy to walk away with my 325 dollars and was glad to take my money to another place that is certified to apply the tint they market. My car has now received a tint job that I am very happy with; shouldn't we be happy with the way our car is tinted or are we just picky? That's my experience. Hope it helps! read more

This place is Amazing. I had a simple issue that caused my system to stop working. Paid another audio place to hook up my new amp and they overcharged me and didn't even check to make sure it was working. Stopped at Creative Auto Boutique on my way home and they saw it was a small but simple issue- They spent about 20 minutes fixing it and adjusting my stereo settings and didn't charge me anything. They could have tried to sell me a new sub or ripped me off like the last place did but these guys are honest professionals. I'd trust them to put a system in my yacht or my lambo.
