I called 20 places, read extensive reviews, and narrowed it down to a couple of places. One never responded after I left several messages and another was Main Street. Jamie answered the email right away and was able to get me in for the initial inspection the next day! I was on a tight schedule and they were able to get me in, get the work done, and get the car back to me as scheduled. They even kept me in the loop as to how things were going without me having to ask. These guys are great!! This is the 2nd time my family has used them. 1st time was just a fender bender but, this time was different.. I have to say that I was initially a little worried about how this would turn out.. My sons car was hit and sustained major damage that encompassed the entire right side of his car. There was not a single piece on the entire side that was not damaged. Upon arrival, Jay personally handled everything for us, from negotiating with the insurance company to fully repairing/repainting most of the car. He even helped us add a few custom upgrades while they had the car. Well, we picked it up today and the work is amazing!! I searched long and hard to find a shop to repair and paint the body of my 1967 Oldsmobile 442 muscle car. I visited several shops in the area to discuss their approach, body repair techniques, experience, paint quality and application. I also try to get a feeling for the owner and workers. Tika and his Main Street crew gave me a good feeling. Their estimate process was straight forward and produced a final cost that was very reasonable. Promises are good only if they are delivered. Main Street delivered as promised. I was able to stop by any time to check on the progress of the car. Their work ethics are high. Posted this review on Google but also wanted to include because of how impressed I was with the service at Main Street Collision. Tika and his crew did amazing work on repairing my Honda CRV. I was involved in a rear end collision and hit from behind, as well. The care had significant body damage to the front and the rear passenger side and some engine issues. I called the shop after getting an insurance estimate and Tika called back and took care of the whole process. The car looks brand new and runs great! Can't tell it was in an accident. My truck had major damage to the hood, fender, bumper, grill & was also way out of alignment, it pulled hard to the left. I got an estimate from Tika, that was very reasonable, & he told me that what I was quoted is what I would pay, no hidden fees. When I picked up my truck the body work was excellent. However it still pulled to the left, he immediately took me in my truck to a shop not far away & had his son pick him up, while I waited to have my alignment fixed. My four-year-old car looked terrible thanks to an applique that the manufacturer had placed on the rear bumper, after the dealer refused to do something about it, I brought it into Main Street Collision to be fixed. Mr. Tika Persaud and Jaime took a look at it and said it would take a few days. When I saw my car again it looked brand new. I trust the Persauds and would always have them fix my car. Tika & crew were so receptive and made sure to work in my best interest. I had been ripped off by a collision center before - and screwed out of paying for a rental a lot longer than expected. Found these folks on Yelp with a 5 star rating. My problem was I could not get my gas cap door open to fill gas tank. Called early morning and they said to bring it in to check it out. Got there about an hour later and one of their guys looked at the problem immediately after parking my car. He found the problem right away and corrected it. Took only a couple of minutes. Asked him what I owed him and he said "No charge." Impressive! read more

After a freak incident on I4 when a large scrap of metal debris smashed into my car, taking off half of the front bumper and splash shield on the driver's side, I got quotes from a couple of places and Tika and his team were by far the fairest and friendliest. Outstanding job, My Infiniti G37 was crashed into and the whole front left side was smashed.
