I had a small dent on the roof of my 6 month old vehicle. I got estimates from 2 other shops that were quite a bit higher and much longer repair times. Solomon's quote was very reasonable. I forgot to ask them how long they would have my car and called 2 days later only to be happily surprised that the repair was completed and I could pick it up. The best part is I installed a rear dash cam and had a bundle of extra wire hanging next to the rear window, they tucked that up in the headliner when they did the dent repair. Our van was in a fender bender crash while we were on our family vacation. Afterwards our driver side turn signal quit working. The manager Ali told us to pull in and fixed it in less than 15 minutes so we can continue our vacation! And he only charged us only $40 for it! Consumers beware! This shop attempted to defraud me and failed to honor our agreement in some egregious ways. I trusted them to make my vehicle look like new as Ali promised in 3 weeks and we specifically talked about what would be done and I ensured my expectations were clear. He promised to remove all 4 doors to repaint both quarters panels that were both 95% pristine but needed to be redone due to a paint line on each side. He promised to refinish and restore all panels on my vehicle except for the trunk lid. After 3 weeks, I called and the rude, unhelpful receptionist told me they were still working on it and finishing up. I call after 3 more weeks and they still need more time. One week later I call again and the rude receptionist tells me that my vehicle was ready yesterday and that she was supposed to call me. I arrive to pick it up and I can't believe my eyes. My gorgeous vehicle is covered in dust and splattered in white bird feces. I've never seen so much bird feces on one of my vehicles. To make matters worse, it looked like barely anything had been done to vehicle except for touching up my right quarter panel that needed body work that was never done and painting my hood that was misaligned. I was in disbelief. It had taken over twice the promised time to complete repairs that weren't even completed. I told Ali it was unacceptable how my vehicle is so filty when they knew I was coming to pick it up that day and I called go confirm. I was offended by all the bird feces being left on the vehicle that was parked out front of the shop in the sun and Ali felt I was overreacting and responded sarcastically and aggressively that he should come from his house last night to cover my car with a blanket. I told him I was upset and wanted my vehicle back. He had agreed to accept American Express before starting any work and now he immediately said cash only and he wanted the full $6k despite 80% of the vehicle not even being touched much less refinished how we agreed. I called the Winter Garden Police and asked what my options are for a shop lying and then trying to steal my vehicle. They came up and talked to each of separately and told me that I should have read the reviews more carefully. The officers was very nice and they hoped the civil issue would resolve itself. I went back in to talk with Ali and then showed him all of broken promises and undone work and he said give him one more week to get everything done. He promised again he would paint my quarter panels with the doors off and said he would take pictures too. He even said he would pay for the wasted Lyfts for me coming up and needing to call a new one to get home. I was hopeful that he was just having a tough day or week and he would make up for all this wasted time and the countless lies. I call a week later and he says just one more day. I go to pick it up on a rainy day and it's parked in the back under plastic. Right when they took the plastic off, the vehicle looked so good and finally some of the other work had been done too. I looked over the vehicle and noticed a few small issues and then a few big ones but remained calm and hoped Ali would explain more, offer discounts, and make up for how I had been mistreated and forced to wait unnecessarily. I was shown a picture of my car with a door off on the left side and was excited to see the quarter panel finally with no paint line and also the other side too. Unfortunately, they lied about painting my quarter panel with the doors off and I have a big paint line on each side on the door curve to prove it. Im genuinely wondering if they removed my doors the picture and hoped I wouldnt notice the paint line. They did a good job trying to hide it but that wasn't what we had agreed to nor what I was paying top dollar for. The paint work on the inner sides skirts is horrible, bodywork wasn't done on some panels, and the vehicle has clear overspray all over it. I called Ali after seeing those major misrepresentations and issues and he refused to call me back. read more

I really wanted to give this place a great review, I was turned on to them via word of mouth. One of the greatest methods for advertising. I dropped my vehicle off for a front end drivers side repair. Took 3 months, everytime I called they said it would be another two days. You can't make this up, I spoke to Ali and the younger lady many times. The white male is a jack&ss and is bad for business. Must be the previous owners kid and Ali was forced to keep him on. Had a terrible attitude and speaks to people like he's going to have some horrible karma come visit him. So they will tell you that your car will be done every two to three days to no avail, the product will not be completed as they promised. USAA advised me against them. Enterprise advised me against them. I went with a leap of faith as I spoke to Ali on the phone many times, he promised every-time that he would take care of me. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, been working on trust more. And he let me down every single time. The day of pickup, I was so pissed I just wanted my vehicle back. So I get in it and the dash board hits the interior door panel everytime the door closes. The employees took a screwdriver of some sort and marred my tint on my driver front window. Driver rear window tint started to peel off due to being in the same position so long from lack of work on their end, the tint actually started peeling in the rear drivers window. They left black grease on my light gray Lexus interior. The headlight is way out of alignment. The car was filthy inside and out. Tire was flat. A month goes by, as life gets in the way and you are so happy to finally have your vehicle back and not in the possession of this business. I called them to notify of the tint and asked if they knew a way to get the grease their employees left all over my interior that I tried to remove to no avail. They said they would take care of the window. Have not heard a word. I'll post this on every platform available until you take care of the windows and headlight and stained interior. So bizarre, to not take care of the tint just to shut me up. I am a very reasonable man, I should have removed my vehicle after the first missed deadline. Enterprise actually stopped allowing me to have the rental car because this place took so long. read more

I had a really great recent experience working with Solomon's auto body in Winter Garden. My car was damaged in a hit and run incident and they restored her good as new. On the day I dropped the vehicle off, there was some concern with the rental car company I was planning to use, and the lovely gentleman (who I believe is the owner?) who helped me in the main office got right on the phone with another rental location up the street, called my insurance company, and got an alternative plan worked out for me in a matter of minutes. Very responsive via text and phone call and also they washed my car beautifully and had it ready up front when I arrived. Thank you to the Solomons team for great, friendly service! read more

A friend of mine recommended this body shop. I have to say this place is professional from beginning to end. When I got there I was greeted by the owner Ali with a smile and I told him that I just started a new job and needed my car before Monday to start my new job. He said no problem that he would do whatever it took to get my car done in time to start my new job. Then I had two quotes from two other body shops and he gave me a good price. After that he asked me if I needed a ride to get home. When I went to pick up my car it was completely washed and vacuumed inside and you couldn't even tell where the damage was done.
