I've attended the DANCEBOX class taught by Illiana and it was such a cathartic and inspiring experience unlike any other dance class I've had. It was a mix of sexy, empowering, emotional, badass, and hyped up class that really makes you feel tied to the community. I also took the Sound Healing class taught by Angela. The studio had comfy cushions and blankets provided. She has the most soothing voice and it was a great environment to meditate while not feeling too overcrowded. The studio is really clean and feels new. It has a great ambiance and welcoming environment. The bathrooms are very clean and have nice toiletry brands. Lockers are available and you can bring your refillable bottle for water. Parking is free and easy downstairs in the underground lot.

This is an absolute game changer for anyone but especially for me because I do not drive and I am on Social Security so I don't have the money to pay for an Uber to get there and back every time I want to train which you're supposed to do a few times a week every week for a couple months in order to complete a treatment session. In addition, I get chronic migraines so that limited my ability to go into the store in order to do training. But now that I can do it from my couch the whole experience is completely different! I can do it whenever I want at my own free time when I'm not sick and for free! I've already done about a month of training and while it does take a few sessions to learn how to put the electrodes on the different parts of your brain that need access there are staff members to help you at every return. The first six or so sessions are done over zoom so that they can help you from beginning to end and you can learn how to do everything on your own and then from there on out, they have a communication app with your own channel so that you can communicate with not only staff, but the main doctor, Dr. Hill anytime of the day seven days a week. They are always there to support and help you in anyway that you need and I was even able to do my updated brain map at home as well! So I can literally do all the treatment from home without ever leaving my house! I find that the treatment has been so much more effective as a result because I can do the treatment way more often and that is needed in order for long-term success! If going to and from the Brian water store was stopping you from trying Nero feedback ever before then now is your time to try it because you have no more excuses. Peak Brain makes it perfectly simple and accessible to do remotely from home or anywhere else you want it is done from a laptop computer that they provide with all of the equipment necessary And Support. I grew up having panic attacks and wondering why I have anxiety because logically it did not make sense. I had tried neurofeedback at another clinic in 2012 but I felt like it was a waste of time. I heard Andrew on a podcast and wanted to know what he saw on a QEEG scan.  He immediately recognized the source of all my problems and it has been the most wonderful adventure seeing and feeling my brain evolve ever since. I have all day focus now, I don't crave for naps like I used to, and I have become bored with weed and alcohol. I used to want to stay up late and dreaded the grueling day ahead, but now I look forward to feeling completely rested and approaching all situations with an even keel from the moment I wake up.  The most incredible difference I have noticed is how comfortable I am in social situations now. I used to panic when meeting new people, but now I am excited to learn about everyone elses perspective and style and approach to life. It provides unique workshops for self-care practices, healing, and sacred ritual - fostering deep connection to self and others. I just went for the first time ever to check out a Kundalini Beauty Sets workshop with Dana Varon and it was beautifully intimate, warm, and I learned things I've never learned in years of attending different styles of yoga. I am quickly recommending this place to every woman I know. I will be checking out many more of their workshops including ancient tea ceremony, Moon Circles, conscious coupling and sexuality workshops, and a visit to their vaginapractor, (yeah, that's apparently a thing). I'm not a mother yet, but I've never seen a center with more to offer to women transitioning into pregnancy and motherhood. This place and the women in it hold space for us women in the many lights/shadows of life, and create a safe space of boundless feminine support. Ladies - try it. I came here in late September for a soundbath experience to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was…read morevaguely familiar of what soundbaths were like, and it was truly a restorative experience! It takes place in a private residence in the Malibu so you're not given the address until a few days before your scheduled appointment. Kirscha and Luca were very nice and welcoming; they led us to the area where they conducted the soundbath and it was spacious, clean, and I felt very comfortable. Rather than give everything away about the experience, I will say this: it was truly relaxing! I wasn't sure what to expect; there were areas where they didn't physically touch me, but I felt tenderness in the area the next day (the vibrations from the soundbath affect tense areas in the body). After it was over, I felt very mellow and at ease. In terms of price, I would say this one is on the higher end, but your experience is worth it as you look at the view- the expanse of the ocean, the crisp fresh ocean breeze, I really had a lovely time.
