This woman is toxic, has no boundaries, and attempts to shame people to manipulate them into working with her. Here's my terrible experience with this person, who I suspect has zero actual credentials: I attempted to book an intro call with her out of curiosity. It was either through Yelp or through her website, I used an automated system that she has to get clients to make their own appointments. The system made an error, which is why I ended up on her calendar twice that week. She would later blame me, a potential client, for this, instead of owning that this is a flaw in her business and fixing it or even considering that my receiving multiple calendar bookings with her on my end would also be annoying and an inconvenience. Her calendar booked me in twice, it was not my doing. Secondly, I ended up missing my appointment because I had another engagement and hadn't realized I wouldn't be able to make it. I apologized for this and asked to try to reschedule. I then had a health issue which made it impossible for me to attend the rescheduled call. I apologized before the call, admittedly at the last minute, and said I wouldn't be able to talk after all. Now, a reasonable person would understand that I have every right to cancel an appointment. We were not working together, I don't owe her anything. I was polite enough to communicate with her and apologize. Sure, not great on my part, but I was dealing with a health issue and had missing the first call was an honest mistake. Her reaction was to hound me with aggressive, retaliatory messages - a text. An email. And a phone call. All demanding that I not even attempt to try to schedule anything again with her for the next six months. An email, and a text, and a call all from this angry woman within an hour. And then, simultaneously, she was still demanding that I meet with her that day when I had already cancelled. - The cherry on top - she then went ahead and started attempting to SHAME me with manipulation to guilt me into working with her. As an intelligent, self-respecting person I can see this kind of toxic tactic a mile away and have zero tolerance for it. This is a clear indication she is not only toxic and a bully with no qualms about using coercive underhanded and abusive methods to control people and intimidate them, it also makes her the last person anyone should trust as a coach. Surprise, surprise - a few weeks later, I am still somehow subscribed to her blog newsletter - I see she has published our entire exchange and quoted my last message with her which was "do not contact me again, your weird aggressive energy is off putting and I have no interest in working with you in the future" as her marketing content. Yes. Seriously. She actually did this. She wrote an entire blog, published it and sent it out to her entire mailing list detailing my texts and our entire exchange and again, (now in public) attempting to again shame me and absolve herself of any responsibility for her poorly run business, absolute lack of boundaries, and toxicity. Luckily, her intentions will surely backfire as no one will take her childish, pathetic behavior seriously and she is just exposing herself for the charlatan she is. If you have an respect for yourself, avoid this person at all costs. read more

What's great about having an annual plan is that I don't have to carry all of everything that I've ever thought about doing in my head all the time. There are things that I'm going to do later in the year, and I'm excited to see that they can happen later in the year, not all at once. Even though I would rant about how I wanted to go back to being a dancer and not take any action towards that objective, she continued to hear me out until I was ready. I just completed my 6 month program today and wanted to leave my thoughts so people know just how spectacular Rahti is.
