Consistently lied about following up with venue when I have confirmed information that she did not speak to the venue as promised. I missed several key appointments that a full-service planner is to remind the paying CLIENT on and then turned around and blamed the CLIENT for her lack of organization. It is a good thing I TERMINATED her contract. My wedding turned out beautifully, no thanks to her.

The flowers were stunning (and eco-friendly/local!), and the day-of coordination was by far the best investment I could have made for the wedding. This goes without saying, but weddings are a LOT of work and can be extremely stressful at times. When it came down to the day of the wedding, I wasn't stressed, Erika and Veronica made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be, and it went off without a hitch. Our 4-year-old was asked not to come back after the fourth day for behaviors, but these were not egregious behaviors (I'm not saying this because I'm being a defensive parent). They had reportedly discussed behaviors earlier in the week but not with my wife and I and we weren't made aware of how serious they felt they were. We're clearly frustrated, and maybe this isn't the way it is with every class, but if you are going to have a summer camp, you need to have teachers that are trained to deal with behaviors of 4-year-olds and keep a close line of communication with the parents. There was no itinerary, no pictures of the camp, no way to engage with my child when they came home on what they learned. To top it off, the camp director was rude to my wife when explaining things. Extremely disappointed in the experience and if you have other options I would stay away.
