We had as a sales person Dr. Elbert Gaiooer a man who purports to have a Doctorate in Divinity. He lied to us about the contract. We Talked to Leslie Burnett, the sales Manager, about their salesperson and the contract who lied to us about both the salesperson and the contract. The installers, in removal of our old carpet, caused a tripping hazard in the transition between the carpet and the kitchen. We have communicated with an Install manager who has lied to us about the repair of this hazard. The person who showed up 2 hours and 30 minutes late and spoke no English. He also tried to repair the problem by putting down tape where the transition was. They are not reliable and want their money in advance, so there is no recourse for the customer. Do not do business with this company because they are unreliable. The state board of Professional and Occupational Regulation should review all of the contracts this company has entered into with customers. Let the buyer beware. Don't buy from this company. We have since putchased a new transition ($55.99). We will purchase the cement to install it today. Empire Today has not paid for the repair. Edited.

We hired them after a recommendation from our realtor, to clean our carpet for our new tenants. After the work was done and our tenants moved in, they said the carpet smelled disgusting, like dirty water. There is no reason for this considering our carpet is only a year 1/2 old. We have never had pets including dogs inside the house considering I don't like animals in the house. After arguing back and forth, they finally came back out to re-clean the carpet and assured him that the carpet would be cleaned properly. The cleaning technician that came out had the audacity to argue with the elderly father of our tenants, making up lies that we had a dog in the house and that the carpet was old. The tenants assured him that that was not the case considering they had been in the house at least two times prior and the house smelled great and the carpet looked great. The technician spot checked a few areas. Which is far from what we were told they were going to do to rectify the problem. He continued to argue with our tenants saying that he didn't smell anything bad and that he was not told to provide anymore than spot cleaning. This company is extremely unprofessional in there customer service and the work they provide. Buyer beware....do not hire this company to clean your carpet. It will come out worse than when they began.

The expensive transition I had installed from the bathroom to the bedroom was taken up and replaced with an ugly gold cheap transition, and the same style transition leading to the closet was not installed well at all. I got the nice padding and now I have two doors that won't open. This problem was not brought to anyone's attention and the install team was long gone when we discovered it. One good thing was my stairs, the stairs look amazing.
