They treated our year-old shellstone travertine…read morepatio with no staining issues, by rushing through a proposed 2-day job in one day and applying sealant onto the still-wet stone. Subsequently, our beautiful patio is now turning yellow underneath the sealant. Paver Protectors has self-absolved themselves of any responsibility and blamed everything possible besides their shoddy work. Now they refuse to do any more work to correct the issue, or issue a refund and I have had to turn to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Don't waste your time and money with this company, you will get poor quality and a thousand excuses as to how they self-determined that they are not responsible. They are blaming everything from (incorrectly) claiming the origin and quality of our stone, to the underlaying material which they have absolutely no knowledge of, to rainy weather (which hadn't happened for quite some time when the staining began. In fact, every excuse they have asserted has been based on assumptions. So now we have to start all over again with a reputable service provider and I will explore other avenues to recover the $5100 I spend with Paver Protectors. Dear Jeff: nobody came to our house 7 times, and my wife was home and present for all Paver Protector appointments. Your assumptions about our stone and pool company have zero factual basis.
