Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. He said he would do this all for $500. Well, his people came out, only cut down 3/4 of the brush and never hauled away the rocks and charged $400!!! Called and emailed him numerous times and he did not agree. He also never came out to work out the issue and then when he would try to contact me for a good time.... it was never at my schedule(the customer) it was always at his schedule. Well, when you have a conflict, miscommunication or bad service for a business... you try at all costs to get it resolved. Talked to a few neighbors and they said Jeremy bottom serivice was really bad and some of them had theirs screwed up as well. I wish they would have told me before I went with Bottom. Very bad customer care, overpriced and doesn't work out issues and mis-quotes you. Only thing he did right, honestly, was the weekly lawn mowing which we ended up canceling. We also wanted him to conduct weed control and fertilization. He hired a company that came out once in the 3 months we had him cuttin our lawn. Absolutely horrible and others should go through a different landscaping service.
