We knew exactly what to expect throughout construction due to his diligence. The two most exciting days were the day the pool was brought over our house and lowered into place by crane and the final day of construction when the crew left our pool sparkling clean and our yard tidied up of all construction debris and raked. Brent actually stood in my son's treehouse with him to watch the pool come over! Tommy took the time to make sure that we understood exactly how to care for our pool and that we had his number if we had any questions going forward. When the installer who was Bieling put the vinyl down in the kitchen we paid a thousand dollars extra for floor preparation. This was not done properly and so now the floor has bumps in it and looks awful. Had Mark Vann come out and he informed me that it was the subfloor. I told him thats why we paid extra to have it prepped for the vinyl and that it wasnt done right. Had to have him come out and repair the vinyl where it was popping up off the floor. To fix the bumps they would have to cut the vinyl and redo the floor. We dont know what to do. What a waste of $3000.00 it cost us for this job to be done by so called professionals. I have pictures of my floor if anybody wants to see them. So becareful when using this company.
