They made us feel comfortable on our wedding day despite the fact that it was hectic and we had them running around everywhere! They are so good at capturing all the special moments that we hardly knew they were there. The day passed by so quickly and everything seemed like a blur, so once we saw our video we made comments like, "I don't remember that happening" but there it was all on film!! We couldn't be everywhere all at once but Francis and Ryan captured moments, scenery, and commentary that we missed or forgot! Francis and Ryan were flexible with our schedule as they had to start filming the bridal party getting ready at 4am and they stayed with us till 11pm!! I don't think they knew what they were in for, but they were always full of energy, easy going and pleasant. We had them drive from Orinda, to alameda, to Sunol, and finally to milpitas! While filming, you'd hardly know they were there. The team was able to get some incredible behind-the-scenes footage and very authentic moments from the wedding without being in the way or disrupting the proceedings. They also brought top-notch equipment, including a crane, to make sure the end product was of the highest quality. We originally booked them for the basic package, which included 6 hours of shooting. On the day of, they made it to our location early - which was great because I was concerned we wouldn't have any getting-ready footage if they arrived even a few minutes past the scheduled time. They were able to provide us with helpful direction when we needed it, and Anna even came to the rescue with double-sided tape to help hold the fabric on my wedding dress neckline in place when it kept shifting! We ended up running a bit behind schedule, but Anna and Kevin were polite and very unobtrusive when reminding us that we were scheduled to shoot only until 2:20 (we ended up extending shooting for an hour). And, we got our highlight film an (extremely fast) week and a half after the wedding.
