I was impressed that when making the appointment they were able to recommend a stylist with a good background in color. Sabrina was very sweet, she did a great job with my highlights and cut. My hair is damaged and she was very careful to minimize further damage. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but it is is bright and nicely equipped and decorated on the inside. All the stylists seemed to get along well and there was a cheerful vibe. It was very busy and the stylist knew most of their customers by name. The cost was about what you would expect for a cut and highlights. I would recommend giving them a try. Unlike my calls to some other local salons, this one seemed to want my business and cared that I received the best service possible.

I came in with ZERO layers with the shortest angles below my chin and left with uneven, haphazard, choppy layers throughout my hair and the shortest hair now falling to my lip even though I stated numerous times I did NOT want layers at all and don't want to go shorter. After she continued to cut, Sarah laughed at me and said "idk girl" and said she wouldn't charge me.
