I had a consultation about a cut and a Keratin treatment and boy am I glad I did. First of all, I love the salon, clean and classy! One time, Merrick cut my hair in exactly the way it should be cut, and then last week I got the Keratin treatment. I am amazed. My hair has not looked this good in my whole life. She said with the bleaching and three colors the cost would be between 4 to 5 hundred dollars. After 6 hours, my daughters hair was bleached and never colored. We paid 475 dollars and still had to come back for another bleach treatment and then the three colors. My husband and I were too tired to question the cost after 6 hours and were told to come back to get the other bleach treatment and then add the colors. The only saving grace was it was the best haircut she ever got. I would recommend getting in writing the cost and what was supposed to be done and only pay when the entire job is done.
