I have never I mean never cried after getting my nails done. From not asking or giving me time to tell you the length I want nor the shape, to the extra thick layers after layers of polish, to the roughness of grabbing my fingers, to the pulling my hand all the way towards you to pushing it further back towards to me, to cutting my cuticle and me informing you of this and all you say is okay and continue to work... is not okay!! The nails had no form of a shape to them just flat as a board and I know that's not normal I have had my nails done for many of years and never seen them so flat. And lets not talk about how dang hot they have it in there smh. I'm sorry but this is the worst salon I have ever been too in my years of getting nails done. read more

I love this nail shop, they do really good nails. The reason I gave four stars was because they only have like two people working at a time so it takes a while for them to get to you. I usually spend like 2-3 hours when I go. So if your in a hurry maybe go somewhere else but if your willing to wait, I'm sure they'll do a really good job on your nails here's a few photos of nails I got here :) read more

This was my sister and I second Nail shop to make an appointment to in the same day. Needless to say, I was frustrated and was praying for a better experience than the first place that we ended up walking out of. Let me tell you, the people here are not only professionals, they are friendly & caring. My sister is Special Needs and Nail Tech, Andrew was extremely attentive and so kind to her. He talked to her, made her laugh, and did a great job! My Nail Tech, High, (may not be spelled right) was awesome! I told the manager or owner who was doing my nails up front exactly how I wanted them done. She talked to other employees almost the whole time she was doing my nails. At the end I pointed out some things I wanted fixed so my nails match each other and be done like I initially requested. She told me I should go somewhere else. I said as politely as I could that it was the first time she had done my nails and I would think she'd want to know how I like them done. She said, "not every little thing." I had to come home and refile them myself. I guess she doesn't want or need new regular customers nor care if a customer is satisfied with her service. I will take her advice and take my nails and my money elsewhere! read more
