I've gone here for years off & on, and recently they have been slowly over charging me every time. it went from $98 for my toes & hands then shot up to $105 for my toes & hands but I got LESS done. It's ridiculous because I love it there, plus a certain worker likes to do your nails crappy where you have to come back sooner. My nails are destroyed at this point and they literally hurt. I'm from out of state and I didn't have time to visit my home nail tech. I called to see if they took walk ins and the woman who answered was warm and helpful. She asked me to come ASAP since she anticipated a busy afternoon. I appreciated the notice. My acrylic nails were done very well and with precision. My pedicure was done the same. I came here because they were highly recommended. I had my nails dipped and ask for the first picture. I chose a different base color. It definitely doesn't look like the picture and they are so thick it's unbelievable. Not to mention my nails are misshapen. It looks like every single one of my nails are crooked on my finger . I'm gonna give them one more shot, if my next visit turns out better I will change my rating. read more

When I first walked into this place I was like ok this place is nice. And was better than the last one I went to. Also while getting my pedicure I noticed lots of men walking in buying gift certificates so I assumed wow this place is great. Anyway, the guy that did my pedicure was amazing but took forever and then my nails were after which is unusual for me. Usually i get my pedicure and manicure all at once. Anyway I then get this lady to do my nails, I show her a picture of what I what and she stated " I can do way better and I do a good job". She gets to work and I'm like telling her how I want it and she's like getting snappy. Anyway I let her do her job. Then she asks me if I've been here before and I said no, I'm not from here. She asked where I was from and I told her I'm from Los Angeles. She then yaps (yes I understood your language) to her Co-workers that I'm from Los Angeles. She then comments that why did I get my nails from here when their cheaper in Los Angeles?!! And how they would be more expensive here. Ok at that point I caught on and knew she was going to rip me off. This cute town is extremely small and has a price of $2 or more for gas (which is amazing), not to mention everything else that's inexpensive. And you're telling me that nails are cheaper in LA??! Uh no, it's more expensive in Los Angeles and I'm sure most people can attest to that! Now it's time to pay. These are the prices I saw on the menu, $25 classic pedicure, $30 for a full set, $5 for upper lip wax. That's a total of $60 so far. Mind you I got gel for pedicure and manicure. Let's assume another $10-20 for it. That's still somewhere between $70-$80. Tell me why I got charged $95 and they were trying to make excuses for the price. Let's be real here, you took advantage of a girl from Los Angeles!!! As a visitor I'm sorry to say but I left no tip because I honestly felt ripped off! I rarely review anyone bad but this was beyond me. How dare they take advantage of me. I got the classic pedicure with gel, full set of nails with pointed oval shape and one gel color. I had a confirmed appointment at 5:30 & they told others that came in behind me that they were booked for the rest of the evening. I sat and waited for over an hour after being told that it "would only be a few minutes". I get my nails & feet done every 3 weeks in the DFW area. I realize this is not DFW, but I also know the cost of living is less therefore prices are less. I said that, to say this: My Special Needs sister and myself had an appointment for a basic manicure-$15, pedicure-$20, which is fairly standard even in the DFW. I asked for a bottle of water, the guy acted as though he didn't hear me. The ladies were telling him to get me some water. He said , we don't have water. The ladies told him (in their language) to get me water. He reluctantly got me & my sister water. He began clipping and I told him, I like them cut short and round. He began cutting my cuticles on my toes and barely cut them. So, I asked him, have you been doing this for very long? He says, I am not your slave for $20. You come in here want water and tell me how to cut your toenails for $20, I only have to do basic pedicure for $20! You ask for water that's more, you ask for special cut that's extra anywhere else. I said, ok then I will go somewhere else! You're finished! He said, I do for you, I said no. You guys set your prices. I don't expect nothing for free and I sure as don't want you thinking you're being treated like a slave, because you have no idea what a slave was treated like! So, stop talking and leave my presence. I will not come back nor will I recommend this place again. This business would have made $70 and I normally tip $10-$15 if the same person does both mani & pedi. Do the math that's a quick $100 for less than an hours work, $50 for each person! That's more than what they'd make in their country in an entire day. That's more than a slave made during they're life span, because they weren't made, they were expected to work and take abuse for nothing. On that note, I told him, I don't expect anyone's services for nothing. I will go somewhere I will be respected and treated appropriately. A very polite and unbelievably detailed oriented nail technician named John (his real name "Chi") revived my trust to nail salons again. I had Deluxe Pedicure where I felt really rejuvenated after the out-of-this-world leg and foot massage John gave me. He hit the right spots on my legs and feet which had sent the right soothing signals to my entire body. I was just so happy on how John is very particular with everything he does without making you feel that he is rushing to the next client. This lady took my beautiful brows that just needed to be cleaned up and made them pencil thin, jagged and uneven! I told her I just needed a clean up.
