I like having the rights to the images so I can print them wherever I want. Unlimited reprint rights when you buy their CD! They also have a $4 sheet deal that you can print from their website. Weekends are busy times for them, I usually ask when they're slower when I call so I can come then. Pictures take about a week to come back. I'm always pleased with the quality of the prints - better than other studios I've used. Overall, quality and price... much better than Sears or Picture People. You can request your favorite girl, but I've been happy with everyone I've gotten.

At first, I absolutely loved Patty. She seemed very nice. She came and took pictures for our…read morewedding. The photos took so long to come back. I waited about 6 to 8 weeks for the photos. When I finally got them back, I noticed there was nothing at all that she had done to the pictures. So I asked her why they took 6 to 8 weeks for me to get them back when there was nothing you did to them all. She Just told me that that is standard for how long it takes for her to get them to me. I still did not understand how long it took for what? You did nothing to these pictures. Plus you had so many more pictures you took and you deleted them. You told me that you went through the photos and deleted the ones you did not like. I would've rather you just sent the pictures to me on a flash drive after the wedding and I could've just decided which pictures I wanted to keep and which I wanted to delete. That isn't your decision to make. So when I had asked you if I could get the remaining pictures or at least a couple that I specifically requested. I remembered her taking certain pictures and when I looked through all of them I noticed those specific pictures were not there. So I asked if I could get those and she said yes. So I waited for months and months and I kept contacting her asking her where the photos were. She stopped responding. A year later, I've still not heard from her and I've still not gotten the rest of my wedding photos. I think the way she handled the whole thing was very unprofessional. I was kinda displeased with the photos I did get. Especially after asking friends how much they spent on their wedding photos and seeing their pictures. Many of my photos were blurry and others were not at all what I asked her to take, I didn't even get pictures of all of my bridesmaids and the groomsmen. I didn't get a picture with my entire family. I asked her about that she just said she didn't find the right time to get those pictures. As a photographer and you're supposed to find the right time. Those are some important pictures that meant something to me. I can never go back and get those. I personally wouldn't recommend her as a photographer, for the amount of money you pay, you could get somebody more professional.

I was very impressed with his website and portfolio, so my fiance and I set up a meeting with him. During that meeting with Rob, we were blown away about how much he knows about photography. You could tell he has a passion for this. My fiance(now husband) wanted to book Rob right away, but I didnt want to put all our eggs in one basket right away. We met with another solo photographer who could not even compare to Rob and we met with a big box company who insulted us and really just tried to sell their "made in italy" custom books, not the photography. Rob was always prompt with getting back to me as I had a lot questions and he explained everything. Our engagement session was a blast and when I saw the proofs, they were just perfect! Before the wedding, Rob was in touch with us and suggested an alternate site for wedding pictures. When we drove by, I fell in love with it! However, due to the heat on our wedding date, we went back to the bar my fiance (husband) met at and Rob was completely on board! The week of the wedding called us and we were able to discuss day of planning and we were all on the same page! For the day of, Rob and his crew were on time and started snapping away! He was professional, but fun to work with! I can't wait to see the pictures!!!! We also used his digital photo booth which was something new as the "strips" are emailed to the parties instead of printed out. Some of the pictures I took with friends turned out okay, but some were really dark which was disappointing. Overall, his price is reasonable for the area and I always believe you get what you pay for with photography.
