He answered there and told me that he would be scheduling with me in the coming days. I never heard from him. I waited until June 17th, a month after the initial contact, and messaged him again. This time he replied right away and said he had my gate in the shop, and that he had just two other jobs ahead of me, but that he would be out that same week to install. That week came and went, and I heard nothing. Now, another week has come and gone (making for six weeks since we first spoke and came to an agreement, and he has just disappeared. I had a lot of confidence in him because he was so friendly when I first reached out, and got the estimate to me exactly when he said he would. Moreover, all his reviews on here are positive. I'm not really sure what the deal is, but he left us hanging, which is just awful customer service! You should never promise what you aren't going to deliver. Moral of the story: if something seems too good to be true, it probably is!

What should have taken a few months to get back into our house, took over a year! Horrible workmanship and when challenged about the workmanship we would receive lies or they would get upset and start yelling at my father. Probably the best thing they did was while our house was under re-construction the power, plumbing, etc was turned off, the workers still decided to use the toilets in the house, and obviously could not flush. Challenged them and they became very upset. So we found their solution a few weeks later. Bags in the woods... Absolutely disgusting and repulsive. The workers also would take down our closet doors to use as temporary work benches, use our grill until it was out of propane, try to cover up shoddy work and sometimes not even show up. All the workers seemed as though they had never been in this line of business before. Oh, did i mention that many items were missing from the home, but we could not prove, but had a very strong idea as the contractor had a key to the home. Lee, the owner is an absolute miserable man. Any question you would have would be returned with a sarcastic answer or a straight out lie. Overall, piss poor workmanship, piss poor customer service and extremely slow workers. I would never recommend these clowns to my worst enemy. I wouldn't be surprised if they were out of business by now STAY AWAY! very obvious that money is more important to these guys than overall project and customer satisfaction. When I had a dirt driveway I was blissfully unaware of what my gutters were doing. I had a total of 4 different vendors provide quotes and discuss the problem with me. Turns out there was only 1 downspout handling the entire side of our house. Wood & Wood was great to communicate with (much of it via email and photos which was just fine for going back and forth on some smaller details) and they had the best price. They came and were very quick to remove the old gutter install a new length of gutter and the new downspout and clean up everything. And considering I was at work while they did all the work I really wouldn't have known they had been there at all! I have been extremely pleased with the communication, customer service and quality of work and would highly recommend them.
