Marc the owner was very unpleasant to deal with as this wasn't a "big paying job" I was a nuisance to them really. Now 3 months later one of the gates has 2 cracks, one at a sodder joint corner, which is technically a Manufacturing flaw. Charlie was super honest about it and communicative about where he was in the process. So sure, getting to the install day was a drag - but it also wasn't his fault. Still, he was open and honest.
