The sellers agent wanted non-refundable earnest money prior to an inspection which we did not do. The agent also wanted to continue going backwards on already agreed upon amendments but Annie was able to continue us down the path of becoming first time homebuyers. While we were obviously frustrated, she was able to always keep her composure which was extremely appreciated!
