We were able to put in an offer Sunday, get a counteroffer Monday and secure the property on Tuesday. She was INSTRUMENTAL in making this happen quickly and is the best negotiator ever! She set reasonable expectations for us, which we really appreciated, and was very open in feedback along the entire way. More importantly, she is a DO-er!
