It made my previous experience at the other company seem like a nightmare! They explained exactly what kind of file they needed to make my custom stamp and told me what types of ink would be best for the surfaces I was stamping. Ordering multiple sizes and different color/type of ink was easy because it was clearly listed with prices on their website. After sending in my order it was less than a week until I picked up my stamps. They look perfect!
