This is my second time visiting Turbo Tint. First time was getting my Tesla tinted all around and windshield as well. Very easy and quick. Team was professional and very helpful when trying to decide on films and percentages. This time, went to get my Rivian pick up tinted. Again, helpful and professional as before, did the same package as my Tesla. This time a bit slower to get done, so spent much longer waiting than before even with my appointment. Had to rearrange my day. Just that time of year I guess. Price wise, it's not cheap stuff, so be prepared to spend a little bit for quality tint that has a lifetime warranty. (You can get an alcoholic beverage if you'd like) Kevin was very professional and helpful. He assisted me with picking the perfect combination for my vehicle and I am very satisfied. I researched window tints for my car for quite a bit before deciding where to go, and I decided on Turbo Tint, and I'm glad I did. Checkout was a breeze as I was able to choose my Tesla Model, decide on which quality level I wanted (you choose the tint color when you get to the store), and checkout with an appointment time. Thanks to Al Gore for inventing the Internet. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and the guy manning the front counter was super friendly and super helpful. He walked me through the different tint levels and gave his recommendations since some windows already had a tint and some didn't The waiting room has BEER! It was 10a so I didn't partake, but I did make myself a cafe mocha by pressing a few buttons and letting the coffee machine do the work. I also had some chili cheese Fritos and a Coke Zero. We waited about an hour and the car was D O N E Done! During our visit, that nice young man walked me into the back and showed me another car doing some different tint and paint protection. I also asked about the panoramic roof and windshield and my do those in the future. They also do paint protection. This was my second time coming here. The first visit left a great impression--Mason's customer service was excellent and made me want to return. They did an amazing job on my first car, so I brought in my new 2025 Maverick to get it tinted. While I was waiting, I noticed my car being pulled up to the front. Then I saw someone--a young adult (tinter)--yelling at Mason to back up and pull forward multiple times. I watched as my car was moved back and forth repeatedly, which was a bit concerning. I stepped outside and saw the man taking pictures of my car with me clearly visible in the background. I politely asked him not to take pictures of my car. He snapped back, "Who are you?" I said, "This is my car," and he responded aggressively, saying it was his business and he could take photos of his work if he wanted. He continued to argue with me in a very hostile way while Mason just stayed in the car, silent. I told the man I didn't feel comfortable, and he replied, "Well, this is my business. If you don't like it, I'll take the tint off and refund your money." I was shocked by how aggressive and confrontational he was--it felt totally uncalled for. I left, shaken by the interaction, but then turned around, returned to the business, and asked to speak with the owner. The owner responded and was sympathetic but felt like he was dismissing me a bit. He assured me he would "take care of it," but honestly, it didn't feel convincing. It seemed like the man was an entitled family member or someone with a sense of unchecked authority. The work itself is solid--Mason does great as a liason--but that interaction completely soured the experience. I no longer feel comfortable going back, and that's unfortunate. Also, the front of my car still looks lighter than the rest, even though I specifically asked for the tint to look as flush and consistent as possible. There are plenty of other shops out there, and next time, I'll go somewhere that respects its customers. *Also, the tint did not come out how I want and it is lower than the legal AS1 line. read more

Nonsensical I scheduled to have the rear window tint removed and replaced. This was as a result of a text dialog - over several days - with the website 'chat'. I was quoted $99 for removal and $99 for installation. Which, by the way, is stated as such on the website. When I arrived, I was charged $455+ (the 'pay in advance' felt a bit odd, but I can understand). When I questioned the price I was told "We only do COMPLETE retint". I explained what I was quoted AND their internal notes (which I was shown) stated 'rear window remove and replaced $199'. When I pointed out the price stated on the website I was told "That is for a rentint of the complete car". I asked, "Well, can we simply call this a complete retint and ONLY do the rear window"? That is not possible. I have no idea why!!!! This all makes no sense. The website indicates $99 removal and $99 install. I was told that is for the entire car. I scheduled to have only the rear window tint removed and was quoted '$99 remove and $99 install'. But I was charged over $450! No work was done and a refund has been promised. I have brought 3 vehicles there. The last one is my Audi R8 that had tint that was way too dark. They were able to remove everything (often removing tint without damage is very hard to do), and retint the level that I wanted. I've done same day appointments before and they were always able to get me in though this time I scheduled. Good communication as they let me know I could come early. Good stocked air conditioned lounge with snacks, coffee, and even beer. Quality job. I did get lower quotes and estimates from other shops but decided to stick with them because they've always done an excellent job and my package has excellent warranty I was told if any issue, peeling, bubbling, or anything any time, come back and they will redo it. read more

We went ahead and scheduled the appointment, with Turbo Tint on a Sunday. They did not disappoint! They greeted us upon entering, showed us the sample tints of the different shades and took time to answer all of our questions. We were told it would take approximately 2 hours, so we walked to the nearby mall. In about an hour, the tint was done. They did a fantastic job. I was recommended this place by an influencer and the reviews... unfortunately my experience was a bit different. First, my tint looks great. However, I had some other issues. For starters, I got into my car and saw a tool left behind so I handed it to a manager- not a huge deal. Then I get home (40 minutes away mind you) and a dinging occurs- an employee left his phone in my backseat. I connected with him and he was rude and uncommunicative when I was doing everything I could to get a set time to get his phone back to him. He turned find my iPhone off and when I went to move the phone I realized his profile photo was a naked girl. So after little communication and this issue, I called the manager to see how this could get taken off my hands. We sorted that out. Then the next day I lifted up my back seats (I had them down as I had boxes back there) and there was a dirty rag and two other tools. One that had permanently indented my seats. I emailed them, they said it was my seatbelt hook. Well I measured and sent a photo of the measurements and it wasn't. I understand how they thought that based on the photo but after proof was sent, I never heard back. The measurements of the seat impression that still hasn't gone away is aligned perfectly with the tool left behind. Overall, your tint will likely turn out fine- mine has been for good for a week now but there was too many other flaws to keep me from recommending this place to my husband (who went elsewhere) and a friend (who also went to the same place my husband did and had no issues). Find a place who is responsive and is willing to compensate for mishaps. Had children found that employees phone with the naked girl, we'd be pursuing legal action. Do better!!! read more
