I ordered tables and chairs and they were all the best quality I've seen. Everything was in perfect condition and clearly taken care of really well. They were prompt with delivery and pickup, affordable, knowledgeable, and overall just such a pleasure to work with. As a result, we overpaid for items we didn't need. Several items arrived damaged or unusable, including cracked glassware, stained/shrunken napkins, and worn easels. We also had to rewash more than half the glassware due to dirt. Communication was difficult due to a point-of-contact change, and overall customer service lacked the flexibility expected in the event industry.
