He climbed 11 trees in preference to using the bucket truck for limb removal in the area of the septic lines. He effectively navigated the removal of 4 huge dead limbs on a old oak tree which bordered a neighbor's property line. Wayne checked the lawn the day the work was to start, to ensure the ground was hard and dry so that the weight of the equipment would not leave imprints. The clean up was meticulous; all cut limbs were put through the on-site chipper. The lawn was raked clean of all debris. Wayne is a responsible, multi-skilled professional. He assessed the work to be done, explained the plan, electronically sent cost breakdown in advance, was respectful of the property and ensured all my questions/concerns were answered.

Mark was able to come out for qoute soon after a snowstorm . As soon as the snow was melted and the ground was dry he came right out and started earlier then expected with two trees. Then after a couple days of rain and the sun let up he was able to get the last two trees one day ahead of schedule before a lot more rain came later that week. After everything was said and done. Mark and his team had done everything we agreed on and some. I was going to do the cleanup and he made it easier by placing the branches neatly and organized leaving space to walk around. Mark and his team had gone above and beyond what was originally laid out. Their customer service was outstanding. They made our first time using tree services a good experience. Not only was he the most reasonable of the estimates I got, he also was the only one who didn't insist on bringing a bunch of heavy machinery into my yard unnecessarily.
