Using my home security cameras I recorded the last lawn service taking 7 minutes. They mowed, blew leaves, weed-whacked and loaded the trailer and left in 7 minutes! I have an acre of land. The mower moved so fast it dug ruts in my lawn at every turn. I wanted to get through winter using them for plowing but the plowing truck ran off of my driveway over a decorative retaining wall and got stuck in my yard on the first snowfall. Causing more damage. The second snowfall they left an entire section of my driveway untouched right in front of my house. The time of plowing (from security cameras) was 2min 20sec!!! They have zero care. I had to cancel service. I wouldn't trust them to ever touch my property again.

We have zero regrets. Robert managed our expectations and gave us, without question, the best walkthrough of our property and idea of what to expect with his services. No one else that came by provided such insight and it was truly invaluable -- and ultimately what sold us on him. His quotes were more than a number casually thrown out in conversation. They were itemized (which I personally love) and were the most professional and thorough of anyone. Given the scope of the project -- multiple tree removal, brush clearing, and mulching -- this was very appreciated. The prices were fair, competitive, and well laid out. The experience itself was exceptional. He and his talented crew were where he said they would be when he said they would be. He took time to meet with us to review the plan and communicated with us over the course of the project spanning two days. Before he or his crew left following the project, he explained what they did and left the yard in excellent condition. The job was done to our (admittedly high) expectations and we paid the agreed amount upon completion. We were so happy with his services, we insisted on tipping (which was never suggested to us by the way) and we're able to add it to the card payment right then and there. Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

He strung us along for almost three months by not committing to a start date. When he did finally give us a start date, he wanted us to hold less money on the back end, than what is required (10 -15 % hold money). When I offered to meet him half way, so we can feel comfortable that he would be back to finish the work. The owner stated that ..."he is not feeling this project and best of luck" then ghosted me. Every homeowner knows how hard it is to find a good contractor, but impossible to find one during the summer season. So getting our dormer/ roof fixed, repairing our back porch and remodeling our shower stall will all have to be on hold.
