Green Acres is not our lawn care service but you would never know because they zip across our yard and up and down our driveway in their riding mower. When they ran over the topsoil we purchased and flattened in on our driveway my husband called to address the issue. He was told by Green Acres (Jason) that we are being unneighborly and it is our fault that they will not be able to mow our neighbors lawn because our driveway is the only path they can use to reach our neighbors backyard. read more

I decided to call Green Acres Landscape to do some work on my flower beds and gardens. Nothing crazy, just mulching and laying some stone where there was existing mulch. This will be the first time my husband and myself decided to hire someone to do the work. I first contacted Frank on May 8, 2016. He came to my home gave me an estimate immediately. It was followed up with me contacting him on the 10th to say that it was a go for the work. He said he would drop off a sample of the stone. Unfortunately as of today June 6' 2016 I have nothing!. I did contact him twice in between theses dates to only hear the same thing...a sample will hopefully be dropped off. Again nothing! I understand this is a busy season, however if you can't do the job, over booked , or just changed your mind it's all understandable however you NEED to be professional and call a person back and let them know. NOT leave someone hanging and waiting. So I can't review the work because they never showed up! I referred people to them and they never even got called them back. It will now be more difficult to get the work done because other landscape companies are booked until the end of June beginning of July. And I'm sure the quotes will be higher because there is more work now that it's been a month! read more
