This place does not stand behind their work. I've worn hair toppers for a few years. Had my first one for almost 5 years and it started getting thin in front of. Bought a new one at this place in St George. I've only had it for about a year but the hair is falling out. I use a special brush in my topper. I went up to talk to them and show the hair coming out but I was kinda given the cold shoulder! I think her name was Debbie, told me no guarantee on their products, no returns, no way to fix it. Nothing but attitude from her. I'm not doing business with them again. No pride in their product they sell. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Debbie the manager was so rude! I have purchased wigs and my mom has purchased wigs for over 17 years at Creative Wigs in St George. Brooke was always so friendly and helpful. My mom recently passed away and I went in to purchase her a new wig for her funeral. The younger women working there were very helpful & kind. Debbie could not have been more rude to me. Today I received the rudest treatment from a salesperson by the name of Debbie that I have ever encountered. so be warned, if you stop in and want to browse new items or touch anything this not your store. The store manager Debbie should NEVER manage anything, she cant even manage herself. Shes been rude to me every time I've been in. This last time I had to call her and she literally YELLED at me the whole time, would not let me speak, threatened me and then hung up on me. Cannot thank Raysa enough for the wonderful experience today. I was so very scared to walk through the door for my first wig experience. So many feelings as I would drive by and keep on going. But, today I didn't and I was so impressed by Raysa as she treated me with patience and dignity. Never once pressured me into anything. The other women were equally as kind (I should have asked their names). I wound up buying the human hair wig which is so beautiful and am very excited to be a new me! I went in there new to wigs after having cancer surgery. I just wanted to see what they look like and get an idea of what they were all about. Sad to say it was a terrible experience! The manager was so rude. I tried to take a picture of one of the wigs because I liked the color and I wanted to remember it and she about snapped my head off! And then she hid all the price tags behind the wigs! It was very demeaning! I left there with no intention of coming back. A couple of months later my daughter was in town and she talked me into going there because I needed to try on wigs to see what fit me and what looked good. I avoided the manager. One of the young girls helped me and she was very nice and I ended up buying a wig. But when I went back to pick it up, I got no help at all on how to take care of it. Again, I have no intention of ever going back in there. I have since bought two more wigs online. You'll get much more education online than you will there and better prices. read more

Great service. The woman there, Michelle, Brooke, and Mindy are so so kind and eager to please. They always meet deadlines when it comes to my wig needing styled. Michelle does my hair extensions and she does them exactly how I want. When my service is finished I dont want to leave. It's like a family there. This place carries several brands including Rachel Welch, Gabor, Envy, Tony of Beverly, etc. For a small shop, they carry a large selection. The staff is friendly and the stylist are great. There is no pressure, just assistance. I went in on a whim and ended up ordering a wig. They helped me with styles, pulling many from the back room. Then they helped me find the perfect color. I bought a Tony of Beverly and I love it. I wear it almost everyday since it looks better than my hair. I plan to get another soon. Great place! Give it a try. read more

I went in and it smelt like fast food leftovers. 3 women where in there and we were helped.. I decided to put a wig on lay away, quick decision. I went home and decided to cancel the order. I think they're having a tough time financially, because when I went to cancel the order they wanted to charge me 2 restocking fee's of $25.00 each. I said, "What?!!!" They then said it would be one restocking fee of $25.00, this included the charge to run the transaction. this was after i spoke to all three women who passed the phone around. I said fairly displeased with my decision, "okay..." They said they would call me back later to do it. Now, I didn't get any product with my 146.00$ transaction that day, they just put the wig back in their box and in the back. An transaction fee would be 2$, let's say another $2 to reinstate the funds for a business. Also, they never called us back!!!!! We've disputed the transaction through our credit card company. It may be a quality wig, but I won't be going through them for any purchases because of the unsatisfactory customer service read more
