We have been waiting for the balance of our furniture, which was all to be delivered by July. We have called and emailed 17 times, and David, the owner, has ghosted us since the summer. Not only has our order remained incomplete, but we received 2 items that were damaged. We are now waiting for the second "repair technician" to come to fix a brand new dresser. The drawers will not open, and the first tech that was sent out told us that he will let Surroundings know that the piece is defective, and should be returned. i could continue, but the point is that we now realize why they only accept cash. Surroundings will take your cash and hold you hostage, while not adhering to any timeline, quality assurance, or promises that they provide. BEWARE!

We told him the deadline was in less then a week, and the movers were coming regardless. With zero hesitation he took on the job and was totally honest about how much he could get done. In less then 12 hours this guy was over at the house fixing what the other guy did and dealing with anything thing that came up (the previous painter that was fired showed up wanting to gain entry). Still working at the house but it looks like we are back on schedule. Professional, competitive, top notch service, and from what I am seeing extremely hard working.
