Their prices are reasonable and clearly explained on all the bills. I did see one older review that said they required a full checkup with every allergy shot - my dog receives those so I can confirm that is no longer the policy, he just goes in for his shot with a nurse and goes home! I have also had cats and rabbits treated here. Between my husband and I, there have been countless healthy pet visits for vaccinations, sick pet visits, surgery, etc. Everyone in this practice has always been friendly and compassionate, prices are fair, communication has been great, and I have been confident my pets have received excellent medical care. I actually live on the other side of town now and continue to make the drive because I am confident in the care my animals receive. I want to give an extra mention to Dr. Elena. We were in recently for vaccinations and she found a concerning mass. 5 days later, she removed it and a biopsy confirmed it to be an aggressive cancer (Hemangiosarcoma). Because of Dr. Elena's thorough exam of my girl and quick response, we have been able to address her health concerns before it was too late. I will forever be thankful to her for that. Was surgery cheap? Nope! But, I wouldn't expect surgery to be. I do believe their prices are fair. All in all, the thorough care this doctor provided made us aware of my girls health concerns and gave us options to help her through it. I highly recommend them!

He put him to sleep at my brother house. We appreciate this attention to our immediate need and the suffering of this dog. The dr said he had no ciruculation at all in his hind quarters. He is insensitive, no bedside manner, and obviously has grown extremely calous to his trade. He did not say a word when he came into our home to introduce himself or greet our dog. He gave us the impression he was there to do the deed and get out. His assistant was inexperienced and both were unprofessional. She put our dog in a choke hold (not a safety hold) and our lab mix wouldn't hurt a fly. Even at 13 yrs old, our baby was still interacting with him. My husband offered to hold our dog and the Dr. tried to find a vein in his back legs which was stressing him out. On top of that, they didn't have enough meds in their needle, so the asst. had to go back out to the mobile truck to get more supplies--twice! Why wouldn't the Dr. bring a medical bag of supplies into the house?!?! They poked and prodded our poor dog and to make things worse, they only use one injection - an overdose of everything to stop the heart. A cheap way to go so Dr. Murphy can pocket more money. I also think he was trying to use the minimum dose which did not take care of our fur baby initially. Very heartbreaking and we're regretful we used their service.
